“Simple usage with strong connectors”
Pros
Using it has been very easy for me and I find the wide range of connectors to be a big plus. The IT team's customer support has been outstanding and the high level of help I've received has allowed my team to deliver even more value to our clients.
Cons
The pricing is definitely on the higher side especially for smaller organizations though in my view the included features make the cost worthwhile.

It has been very easy to use and the wide range of connectors is a big plus. The support from their team has also been outstanding. Every time we've needed help, the customer support has been top-notch and it's made a real difference in helping my team deliver more value to our clients.
Cons

Cons

From the start the platform felt simple and convenient for us to work with and I consider the support team one of the best parts of using it. Our staff has been incredibly accommodating, responsive and efficient whenever we need help and I also find the connection options very powerful. If a specific integration isn't already available, we've seen the team willing and capable of working with us to meet that need.
Cons
Only challenge we ran into was tied more to our own internal issues than to the software itself and even then, it helped guide us through the process.

This tool is pretty easy to start and our support team has been excellent whenever questions come up. We benefit from the plug-and-play setup which makes it really quick for us to build a dashboard when we need to show something to a client or stakeholder. It also connects well with a wide range of platforms so integrations are generally hassle-free. If a source isn't already available, we usually find someone ready to help work around it or explore adding that provider as a data source. Our support team also helped us send our data into tools like Google BigQuery which gave us more flexibility in how we use and manage our data.
Cons
Compared with some other products on the market, the options for creating custom tabs are a bit more limited here although the templates that come with it are definitely good enough for most needs. As mentioned in the positives, the platform does let you push data to external tools so that helps offset this somewhat. One drawback is that the data sent to external sources remains under their control which can make things move a little slowly if you want to run updates or test changes yourself since you need to depend on support to handle those updates for you.
