Happy customers and better workflow

Pros

Once I got the hang of it, I found the software pretty easy to use. It really helps us keep our customers satisfied.

Cons

Learning it without any guidance is tough. The cloud side was also hard to use because of scanning problems although it became much easier once those were fixed.

clear supply tracking and alerts

Pros

Keeping supply baskets organized is really valuable for my company especially when bills of quantities, quotations and orders need to be visible to the whole team. It also helps me a lot with preparing customs paperwork especially the master bill of lading and other required documents. Updates and alerts reach staff members on time so I can keep requests current and ensure everyone follows up properly. Communication between suppliers and the internal team is much better as well which helps me reduce the chances of unexpected supply chain disruptions. I also appreciate how well the information is organized on our side. Orders and schedules are communicated clearly to suppliers and the notes, alerts and detailed reports help me ensure everyone stays updated with all the information needed.

Cons

Honestly everything has been good. The system is simple to use and it only takes a few basic exercises to get comfortable with it. It also works best when team members cooperate by entering information on time.

Shipment tracking made effortless

Pros

From my experience from origin to final delivery, including customs clearance, it keeps every shipment visible and stores all that information in a searchable way. I find creating shipment documents quick and efficient and there's no need for me to enter the same details over and over. Instead of carrying folders and paperwork or digging through spreadsheets, I can manage everything in one place right away, from requesting quotes and negotiating with suppliers to receiving the cargo. The file management system feels very user-friendly to me and has really changed how the business operates. It saves me a lot of time on the logistics side and supports a more digital way of working. On top of that, I keep all bills and invoices organized in one location. Whenever I needed support, the response was always quick.

Cons

After getting through the tutorials and becoming familiar with the tools and features, using it becomes very easy.

complete shipment visibility

Pros

Running supply chain operations with this application has been a really positive experience for me. It offers a wide range of specialized tools that let me monitor shipments from the moment they leave the origin until they reach their destination, while keeping all related data well organized for financial reporting. I can pull up any cargo information quickly and use it right away to prepare shipment documents without wasting time. I don't need to carry stacks of paperwork or search through multiple spreadsheets to find shipment details since everything is available from the very beginning of the process. Creating files, uploading documents and updating information also feels very easy to me.

Cons

There's nothing major to complain about although it does take some training to fully understand how to use it. Once the team goes through that learning stage, supply chain management becomes much more manageable and fully documented.

Template design with startup issues

Pros

One useful thing for me is that it lets me create other documents like HWB and I can also customize and design my own templates.

Cons

At the same time, users run into problems when trying to start up the software and I wasn't able to get it integrated with my accounting software.

strong supply chain integration

Pros

This is a really great software for managing the supply chain in my experience, with good integration across all parts of the process and a noticeable improvement in how everything runs.

Cons

Some fields feel repetitive and could be made more specific to avoid entering the same information twice.

Poor support and costly rollout

Pros

Getting started with the software is fairly easy for me but beyond that I find it almost impossible to expand, integrate, or adapt it in different ways.

Cons

Customer service is basically nonexistent. The monthly invoice always arrives right on time, yet the implementation drags on for a very long time and comes with multiple extra charges and fees. If you manage to get someone on the phone after 3,00 PM on a Friday, consider yourself very lucky. Support and customer service still seem to be missing from their vocabulary.

tracking made effortless

Pros

Our freight forwarder relies on this software to keep customers updated on exactly where their packages are and I find it does that really well. It's incredibly simple to use with practically no learning curve at all. The interface is clear and easy so everything I need is right there when I need it. Another big plus for me is that it also supports online payments.

Cons

Honestly I don't have any complaints. It feels like a very well-designed piece of software overall.

Powerful features and flexibility

Pros

There are plenty of customization options and it comes packed with features so I find it works well for what we need right now.

Cons

Getting started isn't very simple. There's a lot happening in the interface which makes it hard to find your way around at first.

Simple exports and access control

Pros

Right away, the layout feels very easy to me, you can look at the icons and immediately understand what each one does. The system also lets me export data to Excel and PDF which is extremely useful when I need information quickly and don't have a lot of time. Another thing that helps me a lot is being able to control how much access each person has to the information stored in the system. On top of that, I can keep multiple windows open at the same time which I find really convenient ,).

Cons

A few of the fields have character limits and that can be frustrating when all of the information you need to include is important. The integration with the CBP website for declaring goods could also be better, it's not very convenient to access and downloading the data from there into the ACE portal is more difficult than it should be.

Friendlier icons and clearer workflow

Pros

After the latest update, I find the icons look much more user-friendly. Just by looking at them, I can already get a pretty good sense of what each one is supposed to do.

Cons

One issue still comes up when there's too much text in a field on a bill of lading and you export it as a PDF. Some of the words can disappear so you have to be very careful about keeping the exact amount of text per line to make sure everything shows up in the PDF.

top-notch warehouse module

Pros

The warehouse module stands out as the best I've seen on the market. I find it easy and very user-friendly which makes my day-to-day work much easier.

Cons

The accounting side still isn't completely accurate with the numbers. The software does include an ABI module and I understand that's likely the next major feature being rolled out but it still falls short when it comes to true business intelligence.

Simple tools

Pros

Using it day to day has been very easy for me. The server-side communication manager works well and whenever I've needed help, I've found customer support there every time I called.

Cons

Updating process could be better. It doesn't automatically move to the latest version so I've ended up staying a few releases behind.

feature-rich but unclear pricing

Pros

There are plenty of features included so I find it can handle most warehouse-related needs. The customization options are also useful for me since they let me adjust the software to better match the way my business works.

Cons

One frustrating part was that the website didn't give any clear information about pricing. Instead of letting you review the cost and decide at your own pace, it pushes you to contact them first.

User-friendly fit

Pros

Working with this software has been really easy for me. I find it friendly to use, very reliable and most importantly, it adapts well to what we need. That flexibility has made it a really good fit for our team.

Cons

At this point, there really isn't anything we dislike about it because it gives us exactly what we need right now. We also feel confident that as we continue to grow, the software will continue to meet our needs.

quick SED filing and direct answers

Pros

Submitting the SED or AES filing was very easy for me. I found it simple to locate Schedule B, send everything in and get a direct answer connected to my shipment.

Cons

The only issue on my side was finding the shipment more efficiently. The search or filter options could be improved because I was not always sure I was using the right steps to locate the shipment.

reliable support and availability

Pros

Excellent availability, when we used it in our company's Logistics department, I found it really cut down the effort needed to simplify the team's daily work to a minimum. The support team also responds very quickly in my experience.

Cons

On some orders, certain tabs end up drawing attention away from other important tabs that are needed during the process.

Monthly fees with unresolved issues

Pros

At this point I don't find any feature I still like. I now have to pay a monthly fee every month and despite all the requests I submitted, I still haven't seen anything fixed for us.

Cons

At the beginning, their presentation of the full cargo management system looked perfect but once we actually started using it, it was disappointing.

friendly interface and simple communication

Pros

The interface feels very user-friendly and easy for me to navigate. I find it simple to use and communication with clients works really well. The integration and communication with U.S. Customs has also been excellent in my experience.

Cons

The email interface could definitely be improved. It doesn't work with Outlook right now so it would be helpful to have an upgrade that lets users choose their preferred mail software.

Well-connected and organized workflow

Pros

One thing that really works well for me is the connection with INTTRA, along with the support and collaboration from other colleagues across the network. I also find the different sections laid out in a very organized way, such as Congreatation, import, accounting and the rest which makes the system easier to navigate.

Cons

Creating templates is not as simple as they make it sound. On top of that, building a template ends up being quite expensive because it requires JavaScript programming.
