“useful imports but needs flexibility”

Pros

Getting around the system feels user-friendly for me and I've found it very helpful that we can import and export data in both CSV and Excel formats.

Cons

When trying to handle many packages in a single shipment, the system tends to freeze which is a problem. For a 3PL business, final customers would prefer their reports to show one congreatated view with the total number of pieces while still including the primary and secondary package details. In textile operations, inventory is tracked by yards but our warehouse works by rolls so that mismatch creates issues. It feels designed only for the ideal scenario and still needs to adapt better to real situations in the Panama market, at least. A dashboard would also be a valuable addition. Another limitation is that internal notes stay only in the section where they were entered, for example, if a note is written in a quotation, it should also appear in the shipment stage so we do not have to go back and look for it. Content security also cannot be managed by the user creator and we need options like allowing sales reps to view only their own quotations. It would also help to have alerts for KPI achievement. On top of that, transactional messaging is not very practical because it sends notifications to everyone involved instead of only to the consignee.

“friendly and highly customizable”

Pros

Right from the start, I find the platform user-friendly, easy to work with and flexible enough to adapt to different needs. The ongoing support is also a big plus for me. It's an excellent way to bring the most important processes of a freight forwarder's business together within one application.

Cons

One area that could be better is the accounting module for countries outside the USA since the software was originally built with the US market in mind. Accounting regulations differ in other countries so putting it in place usually requires a more extensive implementation process.

“Cloud access and reliable support”

Pros

Using it day to day has been very easy for me. Being cloud-based means I can get to it whenever I need and I find the documentation can be customized to fit how we work. Another big plus is that tech support is always there when help is needed.

Cons

Warehousing and distribution side still needs a bit more attention. The system started out as a freight forwarding module and has grown into warehousing and distribution but that part of the platform still feels like it could use further development.

“interactive and simple accounting”

Pros

From a customer's point of view, I find the platform very interactive and I really appreciate how everything is connected around the product. The accounting side is also very simple and makes things easier for me to follow.

Cons

There are a lot of options which can end up being confusing for some users. It also creates separate bank accounts for each currency even though that isn't always how it works in certain countries.

“Powerful automation and integrated accounting”

Pros

This software does an excellent job of automating business processes and I find having the accounting features built in is a big advantage.

Cons

Getting started can be a bit challenging at first but with the help of the full knowledge base, the learning process becomes much quicker.

It's flexible enough to work in a lot of different situations and I see it as a strong match for us as we keep expanding.

Cons

A few parts are not very simple to move around in. Setting up access to the form designer for our label printer was tricky but technical support connected to my computer and took care of it.
