The way the data and information are organized and built into the system really helps me because it makes my work much easier to handle.

It's an integrated system that lets me handle every logistics process in one place, with advanced tools for real-time tracking, process automation and efficient inventory and transportation management which I rely on regularly.

It works very efficiently for what I use the application for although it would be an added bonus if I could also manage it from my mobile device.

The integrated ecosystem built for the logistics world works really well in my experience and feels very complete.

I don't have any complaints about using this system, it has been very good overall.

Getting real-time shipment updates has been really helpful for me and the report scheduler is a nice bonus. I also find the warehousing tool adds a lot of value and there's much less duplicate data entry than before.

One limitation is that the automatic real-time updates don't work consistently with every carrier.

Having warehouse tasks, quotes, invoices and day-to-day operations all managed in one place really helps me centralize a big part of the business.

Not a con but it doesn't let me attach multiple warehouse receipts to a single quote.

It was easy to use and the EDI integration with other forwarders works well. It's also one of the most widely used CMS platforms in Florida which adds a lot of value from my perspective.

One limitation is in the quotations feature, it doesn't let you quote a rate by itself, only an entire shipment.

Its usability is excellent and I find everything very clear when it comes to getting the information for each operation.

I don't really have any complaints since I still need to learn how to use all the features. There are a lot of them and honestly that says very good things about the system.

It's not very simple so I really need to know the program's functionality well. If I'm not already familiar with it, it's hard to tell what I'm supposed to do or where to go to access each tool.
