Centralized sales record keeping

Pros

One thing I really appreciate about this tool is that it lets me record my sales forecast, jot down notes and attach documents, keeping everything congreatated in a single place.

Cons

Navigation across the interface can feel clunky due to multiple links and steps which makes it harder for me to reach what I need quickly.

signing in is slow and it lacks direct scheduling

What I like is that I can navigate to the complete customer profile and get a quick snapshot of every activity and account detail

Cons

Signing in is sometimes slow and I wish I could schedule directly since I need integration with ServiceMax.

Cons

If I'm being nitpicky, the built-in formatting tool for the Timeline on contact records can be awkward to use while I'm typing. I find it a little clunky and it sometimes interrupts the flow when I'm trying to add notes or updates. It would be great if the timeline editor were more feasible so I could enter information faster without having to fiddle with the formatting options.

Unified solution with strong security

Functionality appears comprehensive and I use the platform as a unified solution combining Office, ERP and CRM tools while appreciating strong cybersecurity and flexible billing.

Cons

I don't like how the licensing works. You basically need to run it on a properly licensed system, usually Microsoft or similar platforms, which limits flexibility. I would prefer if they offered better integration with open-source systems. The cost is a bit steep too, so many people opt for free open-source alternatives when they have a tight budget.

Measurable business performance

Pros

Business performance becomes more measurable and I leverage CRM features, automation and reporting while relying on customizable dashboards and accurate database insights to improve decision-making.

Cons

Working remotely a lot, I find it really frustrating that Microsoft Sales doesn't let me access Outlook easily from a distance. Trying to use it on a phone is clunky and eats up time, especially with the extra security hoops that force additional logins on both devices. Because I'm frequently juggling calls and other tools, I need fast, simple access without that extra friction, right now the app adds too many steps and doesn't support the smooth multitasking I rely on during conference calls or when switching between productivity apps.

Powerful customization and connectivity

Pros

Customization feels very powerful and I appreciate deep configuration options while I easily connect it with leading marketing and sales apps and browse the marketplace without hassle.

Cons

At the beginning I found setup really complicated and from a pricing perspective it felt pricier compared to other CRMs such as Zoho and HubSpot. I also noticed that Microsoft's solution enforces limits on data storage which was frustrating for us.
