Cons
the current approach to solution deployment is overly complicated and prone to errors. I understand Microsoft is actively working on stabilizing and improving the system but right now this remains a major shortcoming for me.

Familiarity with Windows environments helps onboarding and I handle navigation comfortably while I still notice outdated elements that require developer support for advanced features.
Cons
There are plenty of problems, I wouldn't recommend it as a usable system, its interface feels dated and clunky and attempting to automate processes quickly becomes expensive because of the high costs involved in making it work.

I appreciate how convenient the program is to pick up and use and it gives us the visibility we need to handle and fulfill orders for our customers efficiently.
Cons
We often run into various glitches or errors in the system that require help from our IT team and when that happens it can occasionally bring our workflow to a halt and slow productivity during the day.
