Perfect support that really helps

Pros

If I have a question or concern, I've noticed they call me quickly and either fix the issue or explain everything clearly right away.

Cons

There are still some bugs that pop up and when my previous bookkeeper left some settings were changed. Since then, we haven't been able to get everything fully corrected.

digital workflow done right

Pros

Using this software has been very easy for me and I've found the available accessories help turn the whole process into a fully digital one. The program also runs very smoothly which makes day-to-day work much more enjoyable.

Cons

I honestly can't think of any real downsides at this point. If anything, I still have a lot of MIE left to explore so I probably haven't even seen everything it can do yet.

reliable daily operations hub

Pros

Every day, we rely on this for shop scheduling, managing inventory across more than 8,000 items and handling the shipping and invoicing of our products and I've found it performs reliably across all of these areas.

Cons

Overall I'm pretty satisfied with this product.

It's an off-the-shelf product and I found both the installation and implementation easy to handle.

reliable support for daily use

Pros

Running the business day to day with this software feels very easy to me and I've seen the support team remain consistently available whenever something comes up. Any time we have questions, I've found they're always ready and willing to help.

Cons

There are still some glitches in the system and the Work Centres haven't been functioning properly, although that seems to be related to how we originally set them up.

powerful after training

Pros

Once I had the training, I found the software easy to use and much easier to understand.

Cons

It tries to cover everything so there are a lot of options and it can feel like a catch-all type of software.

production workflow done right

Pros

Everything flows logically from Quotation through to Delivery in my experience, matching the full production lifecycle really well, including BOM, work instructions, stock management, outside processes and more. It also comes with a broad range of reports and I've seen the support team demonstrate strong expertise, even creating custom reports for specific requirements. On top of that, I find exporting data to Excel for deeper analysis very useful.

Cons

I honestly can't think of anything negative to say about the software.

purchase orders work really well

Pros

Once the setup is done, I've found creating purchase orders very easy and simple to handle.

Cons

Our requirements are so specific that parts of the program don't fit our workflow very well. Some of the features that could be really useful are also difficult to use which makes them hard to fully take advantage of.

nice workflow overall

Pros

This tool seems to move along really well and I find the overall process flows together nicely.

Cons

From time to time, error messages pop up so you either have to retry what you were doing or close out and start again.

Affordable and highly adaptable tool

Pros

Between the reasonable price, responsive local support and great training, I've found this software a really positive change. It's expandable as our needs grow, simple to correct mistakes when they happen and very helpful for automating routine tasks. I also find searching invoices and customer information quick and easy which saves a lot of time.

Cons

Since we moved over from a much older system, there really haven't been any notable issues for us to deal with.
