Broad tools for tracking and forecasting

Pros

The broad array of tools and reports really helps and I find the frequent updates make compliance much simpler.

Cons

Since I'm not the main user of the software I can't really provide much insight from my side.

excellent UX and beginner-friendly

Pros

For beginners, the user experience is excellent and I find the mobile capture app and online support particularly practical.

Cons

Recurring invoices are helpful but I'd love a �create from template' option for contacts that recur. I also want control over invoice reminders so I can adjust messages for each situation. Some simple filtering and sorting tools would make it much easier for me to track transactions, invoices and related items.

best choice for complex business needs

Pros

Evaluating multiple options, I found XO stood out and I notice it meets our complex business requirements very well.

Cons

I don't have major complaints about the system itself though when we used Viberent as a customized software component I ran into a few API integration glitches which I expected would happen.

Generally satisfied with the tool

Pros

Keeping track of accounts is easier because I find the convenient features simple and efficient, even when workloads are heavy.

Cons

There isn't much I dislike. I'm pro while using this tool for business use.
