“frustrating interface and weak integration
Pros
This platform has completely disrupted my workflow and I find the interface far from user-friendly. Navigation feels frustrating and I am not impressed with the limited feature set.
Cons
Its software integration is poor and that ends up hurting productivity. The lack of customization means it cannot be adjusted to fit my needs and the customer support team is not always available when I need help with questions.

“buggy interface and weak insights
Pros
Instead of helping me get more done, this software has actually slowed me down and I find the interface difficult to work with. The limited features have made my workflow more complicated and I have noticed that integrations with other tools feel unreliable.
Cons
Another frustration is the lack of customization in the templates and reports since I can't adjust them to match my specific needs. On top of that, the real-time data monitoring and analysis are tough and don't provide the kind of useful insight needed to support decision-making.

“powerful feature set for business
Pros
I like that it offers a broad set of features that really supports business needs well and I find it quite capable overall.
Cons
Any time the system goes down, it disrupts our business operations. Having to wait a full day or even longer for support is unacceptable especially when our employees depend on it to work.

“useful tool but pricey
Pros
Right away, it comes across as a strong software option for businesses and I found it easy to recognize its value. It includes plenty of practical tools that help teams get work done and stay connected. The platform is user-friendly and saves time by aligning everyday processes and I also appreciate that it supports many different file types and devices.
Cons
Even though it's a capable business software solution, there are a few drawbacks worth thinking about. The biggest concern is the price since it can be fairly expensive compared with other software options. On top of that, the wide range of features and tools means it can take a while for users to fully learn how to use everything effectively. Some people may also end up preferring other software that offers a different interface or a feature set that better matches what they need. In the end, the disadvantages really depend on each user's individual preferences and requirements.

“buggy finances and no support
Pros
Not a single positive comes to mind and I find the support nearly nonexistent. The financial functions feel buggy and I could easily list many more issues from my experience.
Cons
There honestly isn't enough space here to describe everything that's wrong with it.

“Perfect tool for sales control
Pros
Having everything needed to sell our products in one system has been a big plus and I find it very convenient. The inventory file is simple to export and I have noticed that sales, inventory and invoicing update without delays.
Cons
One thing that's frustrating is not being able to print all of my orders at once. It takes a lot of time and there are far too many steps involved just to print orders.

“All in one business management system
Pros
Navigating the system does not take much time and I find it handles everything we need in one program. We can manage the full process from pick slips to invoicing without switching tools and I see it perform well for inventory management too.
Cons
One frustrating part is that support is nearly nonexistent. If you do want support, the cost is outrageous. The system can also be a bit buggy at times and will occasionally time out which means you can lose whatever data you were working on.

“Outdated system with poor support
Pros
When it works properly, the system does what it is supposed to do and I find the price reasonable. It supports inventory management, sales and vendor accounting and I have seen AP and AR processing work decently once you get familiar with the system.
Cons
Customer service is terrible and the training is just as bad. If you have no background with anything even somewhat similar to this kind of system, this is probably not the right fit. The layout feels like something stuck in the Windows XP era and it does not seem like it has improved since it was first created. If there is a part of the system you were never shown or trained on and your service contract has expired, you have to pay again just to get it activated or fixed. A service contract should exist to maintain the system, address bugs and keep the OS updated, not for them to sit back and do nothing. They also do not provide follow-up for repairs and offer no proper way to track them so the burden falls completely on the user to keep chasing them until the issue is finally resolved. If the program shuts down or there is a critical failure, you may end up waiting days for the actual programmer to fix it and that person is not even available in the office all the time.
