Cons
When I was asked to evaluate how useful it would be for a previous organization I worked with, I wasn't happy with how complicated it was to roll out to new staff. Several team members struggled to understand the concepts and eventually the software was replaced with something else.

There is a lot packed into it, from database management to cloud services and I find it works well as a single platform for multiple business needs. The documentation, resources and guides are thorough and I have found them genuinely useful at different stages of use.
Cons
Pricing can feel pretty high which may be tough for smaller companies or startups to justify. Even though the tools are very capable some of them take time to learn and need a fair amount of training before you can use them confidently.

Once you get familiar with where everything is, the system becomes very simple to use and I find the Employee Self Service tools especially helpful. I can quickly check my paystubs, account details and tax forms and I appreciate how clearly documents and payment history are organized.

It did take me some time to figure out how to update my account details and banking information when I received a new card.

Financials and HR payroll are the standout areas for me and I genuinely find those modules very strong. I do not think many competitors can match them in those areas based on my experience.
Cons
That said the software as a whole feels too bulky and not very user-friendly. It also needs very heavy infrastructure just to run properly and even small changes tend to bring up too many issues far too often.

Business requirements are well supported because there is a lot of room for personalization and customization. Whenever there is a bug or any data corruption issue, I have seen the support team take ownership and resolve it which makes them feel like great solution providers. From my side, deploying interface activities and connecting with third-party applications has also been quite easy.
Cons
Maintenance and licensing costs are a bit on the higher side. Since the suite is not cloud-based, the server, storage and database all have to be managed on-premises. Also, the standard MES system can be quite complex for OEM companies.

Confidence comes from the powerfulness of the upgrade process, where I have seen moving to a new version not require a fresh installation, saving significant time and effort. The system also handles large volumes of data very well and I have observed it support multiple departments without issues. Because of this, I can rely on it as a single software solution across the organization. Another advantage I find valuable is the licensing model since I only pay for the modules I actually use.
Cons
A downside is that it usually needs a full-time dedicated IT resource for support and training new staff to manage the different modules can be tough at times. Another limitation is that only one feature can be used at a time so working with multiple features simultaneously is not possible.

During a client audit, I found the ERP to be dependable and credible which aligns with its strong reputation. One thing I especially noticed is the flexibility in licensing costs since each ERP module is priced separately, meaning I only pay for what I need. I have also seen that it manages data across departments well and I can maintain and monitor reports separately for each one which I find very useful for audit trails. Its strong focus on core financials also supports auditing, tax and compliance needs effectively. On top of that, I find automatic updates and upgrades convenient, as new versions can be applied without reinstalling the system.
Cons
As an all-in-one system, the software performs well overall. The drawbacks I noticed are fairly minor and expected for a platform of this size. It does require dedicated full-time IT resources and new users usually need training to properly handle the different modules within the system.

As a complete ERP solution, I have seen it cover everything from finance to SCM and HCM in a single system and I find it very comprehensive overall. The finance module, in particular, stands out to me as one of the strongest in the market.
Cons
There's not much to complain about overall but the initial implementation can be quite challenging. Also, many of the standard reports are available only in RDF which makes customization difficult for developers.
