“Unified ERP reducing integration costs”

Pros

Having everything in one place is a major advantage for me and I find it covers ERP needs across HCM, Supply Chain, Financials and Projects on a single platform. This creates a convenient experience for my use and also reduces costs related to integrations and ongoing maintenance.

Cons

Because it's an on-premises application, you do need dedicated database administrators to support it. That said there are hosting providers that can handle this if needed. If you're shopping for a new ERP system, the cloud-based Fusion Applications may be a better fit depending on your needs.

“Complex ERP with weak reporting tools”

Pros

A wide range of modules is available, including AR, AP, GL, Projects and Time/Expense and I find there is significant built-in functionality. I also appreciate the multi-currency support across all modules. From my perspective, the system seems best suited for large companies managing high volumes of data.

Cons

The biggest downside is the lack of strong native reporting especially for financial reporting and drilling into transaction-level details. Implementation and ongoing maintenance are both very difficult and expensive. On top of that, the learning curve is steep and the way transactions are handled can feel inconsistent from one module to another.

“Strong multi company management system”

Pros

Managing multiple companies or business units simultaneously is a key strength I have experienced and I find it provides strong control over costs and budgets, improving planning and oversight.

Cons

Getting the system fully configured and implemented takes a lot of time. It's also not very simple for users so there can be a learning curve at the beginning.

“Highly configurable enterprise ERP platform”

Pros

As a corporate-grade business solution, I have seen the platform offer an extensive range of options and configurations, with enough flexibility to cover nearly every scenario I might find.

Cons

It works perfectly well for a small business but once you start dealing with large volumes, it becomes much harder to manage without a dedicated support team. The workflow can get complicated, the many transitions and statuses can feel overwhelming and the customer pipeline becomes extremely long. In short, without professional support to align it with the business needs, it can be difficult to handle.

“User friendly and powerful ERP experience”

Pros

After trying several ERP systems, I found this one to be the best I have used. The software is user-friendly yet powerful and I experienced a logical flow throughout. I find it easy to locate what I need and the tools guide me effectively toward completing tasks.

Cons

There are definitely other competitors on the market that cost less. That said with this software, you really do get what you pay for.

“Flexible and well integrated modules”

Pros

There is significant functionality and customization available if the budget supports development and I find the modules integrate well with each other. Out of the box, I see that it already includes a strong set of useful features.

Cons

Straight out of the box, it can cover most business needs but it doesn't take long before teams start requesting customizations or extra workflows. Once that happens, you're looking at development, testing and deployment work and the costs can add up pretty quickly.

“Outdated and unreliable interface”

Pros

I've used this platform when working with city agencies to submit invoices, keep track of payments, upload and download contracts and handle other basic project management tasks. Honestly the only positive thing I can say is that having this system is still better than having nothing at all.

Cons

From the moment you start using it, the interface is confusing and not simple in any way. It feels old, buggy and frustrating to work with. Every time I've used it, I've had to repeat the same actions several times because the system either fails to register my input correctly or doesn't register it at all. On top of that, there are no helpful guides or support options to explain how any of the features are supposed to be used.

“Centralized back office management system”

Pros

It really feels like the head chef of back-office software, helping me manage and keep track of everything happening across the office.

Cons

It still needs regular monitoring because even after using it for a year, there are times when bugs and login issues come up. Even with that, it's still a very great application.

“All in one business operations platform”

Pros

There is an impressive amount of functionality packed into it and I have found it handles just about every part of running a business, whether the company is large or small. From HR and order management to inventory, general ledger and purchasing, I have seen it cover nearly everything a business needs.

Cons

Interface isn't the most modern or polished compared to some others but it gets the job done. Support specialists can also be expensive and the software overall definitely isn't a low-cost option.

“Organized small business management tool”

Pros

This application has been really helpful for me in keeping track of all the basic needs of our business and keeping everything organized on every side.

Cons

It's something you need to learn gradually side by side, not all in just one day. Still, the more you use this application, the more it can offer and teach you.

“Slow and difficult publishing workflow”

Pros

It lets me share data with the company's managers and I have seen them access the numbers or records I send without much trouble.

Cons

Publishing records can take a long time especially when you're working with product lists or defective items and if you make a mistake, removing it is very difficult.

“Large scale enterprise IT suite”

Pros

For any large company trying to simplify and align operations, I have found this has become the go-to IT suite. With all the acquisitions over the years and ongoing product development, it has grown into a massive platform that covers just about every functionality a business could possibly need.

Cons

That said it's not a very cost-effective or efficient option for smaller businesses. Getting it implemented takes a fairly high level of expertise, hands-on experience and specialized skill which can be too expensive for smaller companies to realistically afford.

“Early stage neutral ERP feedback”

Pros

Coming into this as a new user, I found the system efficient and easy to work with and usability has been one of the things I have appreciated most at this stage.

Cons

Since I'm still getting familiar with the system, I really don't have any negative feedback yet. I haven't explored all of the features enough to give a fair criticism at this point.

“Strong 360 customer view system”

Pros

One thing that has been really helpful for me is the 360-degree view of customer products since it makes it simple to track customer progress and review how things are moving along.

Cons

It would be even better if it offered more business analytics and included machine learning models that could predict which products a customer might be interested in.

“Easy customization with reduced downtime”

Pros

Customizing the product has been very easy and I find the user-friendly GUI makes daily use pleasant. I have also noticed that online patching has helped reduce downtime compared to before.

Cons

There are still too many patches because of the number of bugs, online patching is not completely effective yet and the startup and shutdown process could definitely be improved.

“Highly configurable web based ERP system”

Pros

Our team handles a huge amount of spending across many suppliers, plus a lot of incoming money that has to be allocated back across multiple projects so I find the real strength of this system is in how well it can be configured. Once the setup is done properly and users get the right training, I find it becomes fairly simple. I also appreciate that it is web-based which means I can access it from anywhere. I have heard some people mention latency issues with remote installations but since all of our offices are in the same country and we have invested in a strong network, that has not been a problem for me. Another big plus I have noticed is how connected everything is within the system and I am especially a fan of the mass update feature.

Cons

Getting the full value out of this system takes a lot of training and that training is definitely not cheap. There's plenty of documentation available but the challenge is that nothing really brings it all together into one clear guide that simply shows you what to do. Instead, you end up hunting through different pieces to find the answers. It would be much better if they offered short 5-minute videos focused on one specific task from start to finish, without all the extra explanations about why, backend details, or best practices. The system is still expensive but if your organization already has most of the supporting pieces in place and truly needs the automation and power, it's worth the investment.

“Smooth learning and responsive system”

Pros

Getting started with this software was easy and I did not need much training to learn how everything works. Moving from one screen to another feels quick and convenient and I have experienced very little delay when the system processes updates or calculations. The follow-up and reminder messages are also very clear so I always know what needs to be done to complete a task.

Cons

It does cost a bit more than a lot of other systems but the overall product is better for the price than most competing options.

Pros

Among supply management tools, I find this one feels like a real step forward. It helps reduce spending on goods and services effectively which I have noticed makes a real difference when managing costs.

Cons

You do need proper knowledge of the tool to use it well and the commands are a bit less flexible than expected. With multiple functions running, the results can also take a little longer to display.

Pros

Interface feels very user-friendly and I find getting around the system or entering information easy. Overall I have experienced a convenient workflow using it.

Cons

It would be better with stronger validation for personal data. It could also help to auto-fill names based on IDs, or the other way around and the layouts could be improved as well.
