fast performance with great quality

Pros

One thing I appreciate is how quickly the program runs and I find the overall quality better than other similar tools I have used before.

Cons

At times, the interface can be a bit confusing. There are a lot of features and that can make the program harder to use at first. Still, after spending some time with it, I was able to learn my way around it pretty well.

fast inventory updates but scattered details

Inventory changes show up quickly, whether a product has been received or used as part of a larger project which I rely on for accuracy.

Cons

Getting the full picture takes too much navigation because the information is spread across multiple pages. There's plenty of detail available but it can be hard to follow everything related to a specific project or product when you have to jump around and piece it together.

From what I have seen, Witite feels very well integrated and performs exactly as expected which I consider up to standard.

Cons

At this point, I honestly haven't come across any real downsides with Witite. When we first used it back in 2022, it did feel a little slower but it has clearly improved a lot since then.

Cons

Even though the software has been a useful addition, it has not been without its issues. The older infrastructure can be limiting and the weak mobile functionality makes it harder to use with full flexibility. Upgrades also tend to be complicated which creates extra difficulty when trying to maintain the system. On top of that, the interface could definitely be more user-friendly.

Consistent inventory tracking

Having finance, supply chain and HR all in one integrated system has been a real advantage and I have seen how dependable and scalable it is as the business grows. It also provides great control over daily processes and I find the customization capabilities especially valuable for tailoring it to our needs.

Cons

Interface looks dated and doesn't feel very simple so getting around the system can be a little tough. On top of that, customization is often complicated and usually takes strong technical expertise to handle properly. It can also slow down at times especially when working with large data sets.

Cons

When I was asked to evaluate how useful it would be for a previous organization I worked with, I wasn't happy with how complicated it was to roll out to new staff. Several team members struggled to understand the concepts and eventually the software was replaced with something else.

Cons

Once you get familiar with where everything is, the system becomes very simple to use and I find the Employee Self Service tools especially helpful. I can quickly check my paystubs, account details and tax forms and I appreciate how clearly documents and payment history are organized.

Financials and HR payroll are the standout areas for me and I genuinely find those modules very strong. I do not think many competitors can match them in those areas based on my experience.

Cons

That said the software as a whole feels too bulky and not very user-friendly. It also needs very heavy infrastructure just to run properly and even small changes tend to bring up too many issues far too often.

Business requirements are well supported because there is a lot of room for personalization and customization. Whenever there is a bug or any data corruption issue, I have seen the support team take ownership and resolve it which makes them feel like great solution providers. From my side, deploying interface activities and connecting with third-party applications has also been quite easy.

Cons

Maintenance and licensing costs are a bit on the higher side. Since the suite is not cloud-based, the server, storage and database all have to be managed on-premises. Also, the standard MES system can be quite complex for OEM companies.

Great upgrade and scalable ERP system

Pros

Confidence comes from the powerfulness of the upgrade process, where I have seen moving to a new version not require a fresh installation, saving significant time and effort. The system also handles large volumes of data very well and I have observed it support multiple departments without issues. Because of this, I can rely on it as a single software solution across the organization. Another advantage I find valuable is the licensing model since I only pay for the modules I actually use.

Cons

A downside is that it usually needs a full-time dedicated IT resource for support and training new staff to manage the different modules can be tough at times. Another limitation is that only one feature can be used at a time so working with multiple features simultaneously is not possible.

Reliable audit ready ERP with flexible licensing

Pros

During a client audit, I found the ERP to be dependable and credible which aligns with its strong reputation. One thing I especially noticed is the flexibility in licensing costs since each ERP module is priced separately, meaning I only pay for what I need. I have also seen that it manages data across departments well and I can maintain and monitor reports separately for each one which I find very useful for audit trails. Its strong focus on core financials also supports auditing, tax and compliance needs effectively. On top of that, I find automatic updates and upgrades convenient, as new versions can be applied without reinstalling the system.

Cons

As an all-in-one system, the software performs well overall. The drawbacks I noticed are fairly minor and expected for a platform of this size. It does require dedicated full-time IT resources and new users usually need training to properly handle the different modules within the system.

Comprehensive all in one ERP solution

Pros

As a complete ERP solution, I have seen it cover everything from finance to SCM and HCM in a single system and I find it very comprehensive overall. The finance module, in particular, stands out to me as one of the strongest in the market.

Cons

There's not much to complain about overall but the initial implementation can be quite challenging. Also, many of the standard reports are available only in RDF which makes customization difficult for developers.

Having everything in one place is a major advantage for me and I find it covers ERP needs across HCM, Supply Chain, Financials and Projects on a single platform. This creates a convenient experience for my use and also reduces costs related to integrations and ongoing maintenance.

Cons

Because it's an on-premises application, you do need dedicated database administrators to support it. That said there are hosting providers that can handle this if needed. If you're shopping for a new ERP system, the cloud-based Fusion Applications may be a better fit depending on your needs.

Complex ERP with weak reporting tools

Pros

A wide range of modules is available, including AR, AP, GL, Projects and Time/Expense and I find there is significant built-in functionality. I also appreciate the multi-currency support across all modules. From my perspective, the system seems best suited for large companies managing high volumes of data.

Cons

The biggest downside is the lack of strong native reporting especially for financial reporting and drilling into transaction-level details. Implementation and ongoing maintenance are both very difficult and expensive. On top of that, the learning curve is steep and the way transactions are handled can feel inconsistent from one module to another.

As a corporate-grade business solution, I have seen the platform offer an extensive range of options and configurations, with enough flexibility to cover nearly every scenario I might find.

Cons

It works perfectly well for a small business but once you start dealing with large volumes, it becomes much harder to manage without a dedicated support team. The workflow can get complicated, the many transitions and statuses can feel overwhelming and the customer pipeline becomes extremely long. There is significant functionality and customization available if the budget supports development and I find the modules integrate well with each other. Out of the box, I see that it already includes a strong set of useful features.

Cons

Straight out of the box, it can cover most business needs but it doesn't take long before teams start requesting customizations or extra workflows. Once that happens, you're looking at development, testing and deployment work and the costs can add up pretty quickly.

Outdated and unreliable interface

Pros

I've used this platform when working with city agencies to submit invoices, keep track of payments, upload and download contracts and handle other basic project management tasks. Honestly the only positive thing I can say is that having this system is still better than having nothing at all.

Cons

From the moment you start using it, the interface is confusing and not simple in any way. It feels old, buggy and frustrating to work with. Every time I've used it, I've had to repeat the same actions several times because the system either fails to register my input correctly or doesn't register it at all. On top of that, there are no helpful guides or support options to explain how any of the features are supposed to be used.

There is an impressive amount of functionality packed into it and I have found it handles just about every part of running a business, whether the company is large or small. From HR and order management to inventory, general ledger and purchasing, I have seen it cover nearly everything a business needs.

Cons
