“fast performance with great quality”

Pros

One thing I appreciate is how quickly the program runs and I find the overall quality better than other similar tools I have used before.

Cons

At times, the interface can be a bit confusing. There are a lot of features and that can make the program harder to use at first. Still, after spending some time with it, I was able to learn my way around it pretty well.

Inventory changes show up quickly, whether a product has been received or used as part of a larger project which I rely on for accuracy.

Cons

Getting the full picture takes too much navigation because the information is spread across multiple pages. There's plenty of detail available but it can be hard to follow everything related to a specific project or product when you have to jump around and piece it together.

Working with it feels much more efficient and I find the wide range of available options helpful for handling different tasks.

Cons

Certain features feel outdated and they end up creating extra work instead of simplifying it.

Navigating the software feels very easy and I find using it simple overall.

I really didn't run into any problems. The software worked properly every time without any issues.

From what I have seen, Witite feels very well integrated and performs exactly as expected which I consider up to standard.

At this point, I honestly haven't come across any real downsides with Witite. When we first used it back in 2022, it did feel a little slower but it has clearly improved a lot since then.

Its features work well and I rely on this product for a specific part of my job involving vendors and data since I find other apps less thorough in that area.

Adding users to the program is frustrating and getting new employees set up in the system can take far too long at times.

One of the best aspects of this software is its versatility and I find it works well for inventory, purchasing and sourcing. Even our engineers rely on it daily which I have observed in routine operations.

It can get a bit tedious to work with when the workload becomes heavy or there's a lot to process at once.

Starting out with this product is easy and I have found it performs consistently across different stages of SCM. It is also responsive and offers the flexibility of both cloud and on-premise deployment options.

Once in a while, the server can become unresponsive which means the invoice needs to be processed again.

It does an excellent job of keeping us updated on logistics and procurement processes and I find the recordkeeping very reliable with everything well documented.

Interface feels a little dated visually but that really doesn't affect how well the system works.

Even though the software has been a useful addition, it has not been without its issues. The older infrastructure can be limiting and the weak mobile functionality makes it harder to use with full flexibility. Upgrades also tend to be complicated which creates extra difficulty when trying to maintain the system. On top of that, the interface could definitely be more user-friendly.

Honestly there was not much to dislike. Most of the issues I ran into probably could have been avoided if the setup had been handled by someone with a bit more experience or competence.

One limitation is that the buttons and toolbar can't really be personalized the way I'd want.

Having finance, supply chain and HR all in one integrated system has been a real advantage and I have seen how dependable and scalable it is as the business grows. It also provides great control over daily processes and I find the customization capabilities especially valuable for tailoring it to our needs.

Cons

Interface looks dated and doesn't feel very simple so getting around the system can be a little tough. On top of that, customization is often complicated and usually takes strong technical expertise to handle properly. It can also slow down at times especially when working with large data sets.
