“clean layout but access was a hassle
Pros
From my very first click the interface just felt right. It loaded quickly and reliably every single time which for me builds so much trust. I could reach exactly what I needed.... notes, imaging, results.. without any digging or confusion. Everything was so nicely organized and kept together in one logical place. It felt simple like the layout was designed around how I actually think and work not the other way around.
Cons
We accessed it via a third party so didn't always have access.

“quick to learn
Pros
From my experience it was genuinely easy to use.. it didn't fight against our natural rhythm. The way it fit into our existing workflow so smoothly was a huge relief as there was no glitchy transition period. And I was really impressed by how quickly the team picked up the procedures. Everyone seemed to grasp the system and master its features without any major headaches or lengthy training. It just integrated into our day-to-day almost seamlessly.
Cons
Not a software con but some team members resisted changing before launch even though the platform itself was simple to learn.

Fairly basic overall but still offers easy tools to safeguard records and simplify setting up appointments quickly.
Cons
Occasionally the workflow requires excessive clicking to complete even simple everyday tasks.

“Support fell apart as we used the tool

Features felt very simple when we initially bought the product.
Cons
Customer support is basically non-existent. It can take months to hear back from them. They push updates nearly every week which changes settings, moves things around without warning and makes your workflow more difficult. When requesting setting changes there's always an extra charge or fee and it often takes months to get the change made, if it ever happens.

“terrible support and not very user-friendly
Pros
We've got the main advantage of having every facility tied into one platform so patient data and resources follow us across departments and are available wherever we need them
Cons
It's supposed to be easy to use but it isn't. As a patient I discovered the stress test I thought was ordered never actually went through. As an IT person not being able to fix things myself and having to lean on a low-quality tiered support team was really frustrating. It took five days to add a replacement printer after one failed. WHY?

Pros
It's great because it holds tons of information and organizes it very precisely. For instance medical records are linked together so you can access a patient's complete medical history in one place without having to call a bunch of different doctors.
Cons
The interface feels cluttered and makes finding things difficult.

Reports come prebuilt and are pretty simple to use.
Cons
Integration hasn't been smooth and we're just a week into 'Go Live'. The planned training sessions never took place at all.

“super easy to manage patient records
Pros
It is easy to move through a patient's chart and simple to set up custom options. I find it very user-friendly as it makes documenting and placing orders for patients really easy.
Cons
Connecting certain third-party services can be difficult but it is achievable.

Pros
The program is well-structured and offers a wide range of features throughout the system. The interface feels simple though it could use a bit of cleanup. There are numerous clinical tools available and it's great that the platform works consistently across multiple departments in the hospital.
Cons
It would be helpful if the platform included built-in messaging or chat to communicate with fellow clinicians.

Pros
Good for documenting patient records with EHRs so healthcare staff have an option to use it and on that level it does what it should,
Cons
Based on past experience using it the interface isn't very simple, finding prior visits is difficult and issuing prescriptions is also quite difficult.
