“solid tool”
Pros
Getting started with this platform is pretty easy especially for beginners with no previous experience. It keeps things simple and feels approachable if you're new to this kind of software.
Cons
One thing it's still missing is better support for automated follow ups and mass messaging which would make outreach a lot more efficient.

“needs live updates badly”
Pros
Adding new leads and scheduling appointments is simple and organized well. It makes setting up meetings really convenient. I also appreciate being able to search through existing customer lists and view product details based on what the client had been browsing.
Cons
The part I don't like is that the system doesn't update in real time. If I mark a web lead as won or lost I have to return to the main menu and then open my sales leads again just to refresh the list and see who has been removed and who still needs follow up.

“strong engagement”
Pros
Has done a solid job of keeping visitors engaged on our site and encouraging them to stay longer than they probably would without it. Working with our account rep has also been a real plus especially when it comes to tracking performance and getting customized reports that help us fine tune our marketing efforts.
Cons
A limitation is the level of customization particularly with the widget messaging. After a while the same wording can start to feel repetitive and outdated. It would be much better if that messaging could be customized more freely or at least rotated so visitors are not always seeing the exact same message.

“helpful purchase insights”
Pros
Having the purchase cycle indicator is really useful because it shows how close a customer is to buying. It also provides a fairly accurate, dealer friendly range and outlines what their next step in the process is. On top of that it shows the customer's preferred contact method whether that is by call, text, email or coming into the dealership to speak in person. That makes it much easier to know how to approach each customer and deliver the best possible experience which is ultimately the most important part.
Cons
At times it does not clearly identify the exact type of vehicle the customer is interested in. And like any other trade tool there are always going to be outliers where the value shown to the customer does not really match what we believe the vehicle's true cash value is. Still that is simply one of the risks that comes with offering a tool like this on the website.
