Using Plus and Minus has been a fantastic experience for the past 11 years. I use this ERP System to smoothly manage the finances of three different companies. I handle inter-company transactions on a daily basis and generate supporting reports to ensure that all inter-company accounts are correctly balanced, which is essential for our operations. From a management viewpoint, the variety of reports you can generate is limitless. My team also manages and supports sales as well as inventory procurement through these functions and many others.

Cons

The only drawback I see for Plus and Minus, which is probably the case for any other ERP system, is that there is a bit of a learning curve.

When we were using it, some end-users found it challenging to format the reports as easily as I would have preferred, but I believe they have added a report writer feature since then, as that was many versions ago.

As the Inside Sales Manager, I appreciate how simple it is to track our Sale Orders and Purchase Orders. The Tie Doc feature allows me to easily connect the two. Furthermore, the ability to customize and adjust reports is extremely valuable.

There might be a little bit of difficulty when someone starts using it but nothing that cannot be managed with just a little bit of effort.

I find this application very simple to use and it provides me with financial reports in real time. This has made keeping track of my finances much easier.

I cannot point out any negative aspects of this software, the support team is truly fantastic.

The simple navigation of the system really enhances employee efficiency on a daily basis. They provide excellent tools for generating special reports or answering any questions you may have. The time sheet feature enables us to record our union labor costs by individual hours for each project, which helps us use certified payroll when needed. Plus and Minus's customer service has been outstanding for us, and we have enjoyed a close relationship for nearly ten years.

Cons

My only complaint is that the daily file can quickly become quite large, but on the bright side, it allows you the freedom to make corrections before you transfer the data to the history file.
