Pros
Using this software has been really convenient especially when it comes to checking asset management and tracking. The system feels simple to use which makes those tasks much easier to handle.
Cons
A downside with the software is that the dashboard along with most other features, isn't very accessible when viewed on a phone.

Pros
Getting started with the asset tracking device was pretty simple and it connects fast without any trouble. Customer service has also been very responsive and quick whenever needed.
Cons
We've only been using this software for a few months so there hasn't really been any trouble with daily use. The only minor hiccup was during the printer setup but we were able to get it working fine in the end.

“inventory tracking done right”
Pros
There are a lot of useful ways to track inventory with the software. After learning how the system works it becomes simple to work with. Importing our assets through CSV files helped speed things up and an associate was available whenever we needed help. They also guided us through the initial setup including how to create our asset IDs.
Cons
On our end, the only real setback was waiting for the equipment to arrive although the RedBeam representative kept us updated on the shipping status. We were also starting from the ground up so building all of our asset IDs took some time.

Cons

Switching to this software was simple because its database structure was very similar to the product we had been using before so installation in our environment went quite well. On top of that the support team customized the design for us which ended up being really helpful.
Cons
The disappointing part was the way the product was delivered. It arrived in several separate packages and it took about two months to gather every part of the order.

Pros
Getting more than 5000 assets into the system for tracking was possible with help from the development team which made a big difference. I also appreciated being able to create custom labels with the Zebra printer. Setting up the database and printer was fairly easy and whenever we had questions customer support was quick to respond and helpful.
Cons
A few extra reporting options would make the product even better especially for Found/Not Found assets. At the moment that information appears to be available only through two separate exports.

One of the best qualities of this software is the detailed history it keeps for asset records.
Cons
Updated version makes asset entry more inconvenient because new assets have to be added through the asset setup instead of the new asset entry screen. Also the found/unfound inventory report should exclude inactive items since the way it works now makes the report inaccurate.

Getting started with it is pretty simple. The move to the cloud was a bit shaky at first but it's working really well now.
Cons
The downside is having to pay for an annual subscription now whereas the old software was a one time purchase. On the plus side it can be accessed from anywhere.

Cons
An issue is that some fields still can't be changed. I understand the reason they're locked but administrators should still be able to edit them when needed.
