“user friendly warehouse win”
Pros
Getting the team to adopt this software was surprisingly easy because the system is very user friendly for warehouse management. That usability has been its biggest advantage for us and it also makes updates, optimizations and adding new bundles much easier to roll out.
Cons
There really is not much to complain about with this software overall. If I had to point out anything the configuration can be a little tricky at times and the price is probably the biggest downside. Still most people would rather pay less if they could.

“strong and reliable for years”
Pros
Has been a solid and transparent tool for us. Across more than five years of use, five locations and hundreds of thousands of transactions it has never given us any problems.
Cons
One limitation in the past was that any settings change would affect the entire business. Thankfully that has recently improved with new options that let settings be applied by location and/or user.

“stock counts and label printing shine”
Pros
Something that has been especially useful is the stock counting function which works really well and is easy to use. The Physical Inventory stock count feature has also been very solid. Setting up printing for two different label types has been a big help too. I'd still really like to see an option for bulk sticker printing especially for new store launches or busy sale seasons.
Cons
An issue we're still trying to get resolved is Receive Order (TO) and it has been ongoing since our March launch. Since this is the newer method for receiving orders we're still running into error messages and can't complete receiving this way which also means we're unable to print labels from transfer receipts. We had really expected this to be fixed within the first couple of months. Aside from that the rest of the functions have been working very well.

“Native netsuite fit and strong support”
Pros
Right away the software stood out because it connects natively with NetSuite so there's no need to deal with middleware. The interface is user friendly which makes daily use much more manageable. It has also helped cut down on mistakes and improved data accuracy across our warehouse processes. Another big plus is how well it supports more advanced workflows like bin management, wave and zone picking, directed put away and replenishment and cycle counting. It's also scalable so it can grow along with the business and the customer support has been consistently strong.
Cons
The biggest downside is the cost especially when licensing and customization are factored in. Hardware compatibility can also create some challenges depending on the devices being used. On top of that any customization typically requires professional services from their team which adds to the overall expense.

“essential upgrades for daily work”
Pros
At this point it's hard to imagine operating without this software. We rolled it out at the same time as NetSuite so we don't have much of a baseline for comparison but it has clearly performed far better than the system we used before.
Cons
I'd still like to see a way to display the number of orders in the picking queues. Other than that the product keeps getting better and each upgrade adds features that are becoming more and more important to our everyday operations.

“flexible tools and reliable reporting”
Pros
Very easy to use and it gives us a lot of flexibility in how we use it. The reporting tool has also been very dependable and effective for our needs.
Cons
A limitation we've run into is in the manufacturing process within our module especially with the restriction on the mix lot number in the build assembly function.

“strong fit for warehouse operations”
Pros
Having a wide range of service options is a real plus for a company that has warehouse operations spread across multiple locations and needs that kind of flexibility.
Cons
One frustration is that updates for certain bundles can't be managed independently and customer support responses are often slower than expected.

“flexible and user friendly fit”
Pros
It can be customizeed to fit just about any use case we need which makes the product very user friendly.
Cons
There's honestly not much negative to say. It can be a little frustrating at times since the product is still evolving but with that in mind whenever an issue comes up their team has always been very helpful in finding a solution or offering a workaround until it gets resolved.

“real-time visibility”
Pros
Having real time visibility into item movement has been a big advantage for our team. The interface feels user friendly and accessible so staff can get comfortable with it quickly without any difficulty. Another strong point is how customizable it is which lets us match it to our specific business processes and adapt the system to fit our unique operational needs.
Cons
An issue we've run into is the printer setup. Since we work across multiple sites and manage a large number of printers, being able to connect USB printers directly to the system would have made onboarding much simpler for our environment. We also run into occasional unexpected failures such as with pick/pack. The tricky part is that when we try to reproduce the problem in a sandbox everything behaves normally and then the same action often works again in production which makes the root cause hard to diagnose.

“innovative and user friendly platform”
Pros
Has been really impressive in how innovative it is and I appreciate that it can be customized when needed. Their team responds quickly and is always ready to help which makes a big difference. The platform is also very user friendly so when I train employees I don't get much resistance. They tend to get comfortable with it quickly and after the initial training, I usually don't have to deal with follow up questions from the warehouse about how to use it.
Cons
One area that could be more helpful is communication around new product releases. Since we've made customizations there have been times when later releases included some of those same features in the standard product. I know part of that is on me because I'm not the best at keeping up with release notes but it would still be helpful to get more direct information about updates when you're using customized functions. That way I'd know when it makes sense to move back to the core functions. It may just be something I need to bring up during a yearly review with my account rep so we don't miss any new features.
