“responsive support and steady updates”
Pros
Working with their support team has been a really positive part of using this software. They're highly responsive, excellent to partner with and they genuinely try to help with best practice guidance as well as advice that fits specific industries. The monthly releases are also encouraging and it looks like there are some strong new features being introduced in the US that we'd love to eventually have available in Australia.
Cons
The biggest downside is the cost. It's realistically not very accessible for a small business. Another challenge is that you often don't know exactly what you'll need upfront until the need actually comes up. It can also feel quite US focused when it comes to new features.

“efficient and smooth setup”
Pros
Getting the software up and running was easy and the integration went off without any issues. The biggest benefit has been the boost in efficiency. After working with several WMS systems before this one stands out as one of the most accessible to learn and use. The configurations and modifications are also very user friendly and the way the setup is designed makes troubleshooting much simpler.
Cons
We were coming from a pen and paper process when we implemented it so the change was a complete 180 for us. Honestly we do not have any real complaints about the software.

“user friendly wms with standout support”
Pros
Starting off with this software was very easy and the interface is simple to learn and use day to day. Other than that their customer support has been exceptional.
Cons
There honestly are not many complaints I have about using this software. Whenever we do run into a bug or issue the customer support team handles it carefully and does a very good job resolving it.

“accessible stock visibility”
Pros
Using the sofware is very easy! The navigation makes sense, the interface is accessible and it's simple to tell where stock is at any given moment. Overall the user interface is clear and user friendly.
Cons
One issue is that it allows negative quantities even when NetSuite does not and that creates problems. Directed counts can also cause major issues because if something is not counted the line does not get zeroed out. Another complaint from users is that they can't open two windows at the same time on a gun.

“real-time inventory wins”
Pros
Something that really stands out is the real time visibility. Inventory orders and transactions update instantly in the ERP so there's no waiting around or guessing if the data is current. Since everything works from the same system there's no duplicate database to deal with either which cuts down a lot of sync problems and reconciliation headaches. Adoption has also been pretty easy because warehouse staff can work from accessible mobile devices with barcode scanning instead of dealing with more complicated desktop processes. Another big plus is the faster ROI since companies can add solid WMS functions without having to completely rebuild or replace their existing IT systems.
Cons
A downside is how heavily it depends on the ERP setup. When customization is needed it can sometimes mean making ERP changes instead of just adjusting the WMS directly which is not always ideal. It can also feel a little less flexible for warehouses that have very specific or unusual workflows. During peak transaction periods performance may slow down and the user interface feels somewhat dated compared to newer systems.

“user friendly scaling and accurate inventory”
Pros
Training seasonal staff and expanding operations has been very manageable mainly because the system is so user friendly. Since using it our inventory accuracy has improved more than ever.
Cons
The devices themselves are simple to work with but they feel a bit bulky compared with the size of the screen. Also the modules we'd like to try out come at a high cost as add ons.

“reliable scanners and helpful support”
Pros
Using this software on both a PC and handheld scanners has been very easy! The function works well and it lets us handle most of what we need without much trouble. On top of that the support team has been really helpful whenever we've needed assistance.
Cons
With more complicated processes there are times when you have to come up with workarounds to make the system do exactly what you need or want.

“accessible warehouse efficiency”
Pros
Right from the start this has been accessible and easy to use! It helps organize warehouse operations really well and we've run into very few bugs or issues along the way. Other than that the customer support team is responsive which makes it stand out as a strong option for efficient warehouse management.
Cons
The biggest downside is the higher upfront cost. There are definitely other solutions that come in at a lower price although they may not offer the same depth of features or the same long term value. Since I've only used this software I can't really compare it directly.

“smooth netsuite wms rollout”
Pros
The software connected with NetSuite quickly and without any issues. That made the switch to this happen without disrupting operations or causing any downtime for the business.
Cons
There really haven't been many problems with the software. The yearly price is on the higher side compared with some other options but the software does its job well.

“netsuite integration that delivers”
Pros
Using this software has been very easy especially with how well it connects to NetSuite and the quality of support behind the product. Another big plus is having the same interface available on both handheld devices and desktop screens which keeps everything consistent and simple to follow.
Cons
One frustration is that more features are not part of the base platform package. It's also limiting that labels can't be printed directly from a handheld device.

“accessible handhelds and responsive support”
Pros
Getting started with the handhelds and software was easy since both are accessible and simple to learn. Whenever something comes up the support team responds quickly and works to address the issue.
Cons
We do run into occasional latency issues with the NetSuite integration but they're usually resolved without much trouble through proper coordination and scheduling.

“warehouse traceability done right”
Pros
Across our warehouse operations this has made traceability much better by letting us track lot numbers and inventory movement accurately. Being able to print multiple License Plates (LPs) directly from the Receive Order function has sped up the receiving process and helped cut down delays. Other than that the LP put away function has improved both efficiency and inventory accuracy, giving us a more organized storage process and making material retrieval faster.
Cons
A notable limitation we ran into was the lack of a directed put away function. Having that capability would let us automate bin assignments using rules like zone, item type or available bin space which would further improve warehouse flow and reduce the need for manual decisions.

Pros
Most of our work is centered around the Summit IT function and using it through the UI has been pretty easy. It's simple to figure out there although the mobile app doesn't feel as user friendly.
Cons
Printing still isn't integrated with it which is a limitation for our workflow.

Pros
Keeping the cycle count program and overall setup maintained is fairly easy and the team responds quickly when issues come up. It also scales well as needs grow.

“automation boost”
Pros
This has been a solid answer for the automation gaps we were dealing with in NetSuite where the standard setup didn't really match our needs. We use the core features for inventory management, sales order picking and purchase order receiving and over almost three years of using it we've run into very few bugs or problems with any of those functions. On top of that we partnered with them to create several custom functions for our work order assembly process. Their team has been good to work with through the initial design phase, bug reporting and additional enhancement requests. The interface is simple but it's easy to move around in. Overall we've had very few issues with its native functions.
Cons
The first onboarding phase could have been handled better. Getting timely responses from the onboarding team was difficult because they were often out of the office working with other customers.

Pros
After switching to this software, we noticed a big boost in both efficiency and speed especially with picking and verifying outbound orders.

“daily gains from directed counts”
Pros
Assembly Build Picking (even without the WIP and Routing module along with Cycle Counting through the Directed Count function) has made a noticeable difference in our daily accuracy and efficiency. We've built a lot of our other workflows around these two features because they've become such an important part of how we operate.
Cons
From my perspective the part of the software I liked least was working through the information spread across the newer custom transactions tied to Assembly Build Picking. In particular it was difficult to compare and confirm that the Work Order Quantity, Pick State Quantity, Bin Transfer Quantity and Bin On Hand Quantity all matched up correctly. We ultimately solved that issue by using Analytics Workbooks to link Datasets and that immediately gave us a much better way to catch mistakes and maintain pick accuracy.
