“organized interface and strong e-contracting

The platform is very user-friendly for me and I find the e-contracting tools, vehicle payoff features and organized layout make day-to-day work much more manageable.

Cons

Biggest frustration is the timeout problem. The site can log you out while you're entering a credit application which means having to start from scratch. It would be much better if it automatically saved your progress.

When we compare this tool with other options we've tried, I've noticed this one connects to our DMS and moves credit applications over with less hassle. That may partly come down to how our DMS is set up but it's still worked better for us with King Maker.

Cons

Website feels a bit choppy and doesn't flow as nicely as some other platforms. Load times are also on the slow side and approvals don't transfer back into the DMS very well.

Over the past five years, I've seen this software become an essential part of our daily operations at Diprizio GMC. We rely on it not just to approve customers for new vehicles but also for ongoing bank communication, document handling and managing our sales CRM database. It has made a huge difference for us and has been incredibly valuable since we first started using it.

Honestly I don't have any complaints about it. The software consistently gives us everything we need each day to offer the best possible financing options to every applicant who comes into our dealership.

Compared with other software like DealerTrak, I find this one much more user-friendly and enjoyable to work with.

Handling automotive lending services with this is easy for me and I find submitting everything simple. It also does a really good job of helping us stay on top of every customer and their financing details.

Using it for reports, red flag checks and privacy-related tasks has been very easy for me. I find the system simple to work with and effective in handling those functions.

After we moved to E-Contracting, we started running into problems with the signature pad that was sent to us. We've also reached out to support but the issues still haven't been properly resolved.

One thing I really appreciate is that it displays my PTI and DTI right while I'm submitting which is something other platforms don't offer.

Honestly nothing comes to mind. The funding management area looks polished and is very simple to follow especially with the visual icons like the money bag that make everything stand out.

The web app interface feels a bit dated, like it's from ten years ago but that's really just a minor nitpick, I'd still choose it over other apps.

One frustrating part is the number of drop-down menus and how many options are packed into them. That area really needs to be simplified.

From sending credit applications and running credit to handling e-contracts with different banks, this platform has worked really well for me. The best part was getting started for the first time without needing any training or tech support which says a lot about how simple the UX/UI is.

From the functionality to the customer support, I've found this software has been excellent. They stay right on target with technology updates and the interface with financial lenders works really well. It's basically a one-stop shop for both sales and financing needs.

Only downside is having to use tokens far too often. That process could definitely be made a bit more convenient.

There have been times when it didn't work properly on customers' mobile devices. That said it seems to be happening less often as mobile technology becomes more consistent.

It fits in well alongside our primary dealer portal and lets us send and pull customer credit reporting without much trouble. We're also able to secure financing for customers through several of the banks we already work with using their dealer portal which I find makes it very useful for our process.

At times, the system feels a bit complicated to navigate. That probably has a lot to do with the fact that it isn't the main dealer portal we use every day so I'm just not as familiar with it yet. Once I've spent more time with it and know my way around better, I'd be able to give a more updated opinion on the software.

It's been around for quite a while and from my perspective, judging by the quality of both the product and the service, it looks like it'll be around for a long time. It's very simple to use and I find the tech support is awesome.

After using it for a couple of years, I can honestly say I absolutely love it. My rep has been incredibly helpful, the eContracting feature saves me a ton of time and the fact that it's free for my dealership makes it even better. I'd definitely recommend using it.
