“best-in-class support”
Pros
The functionality stands out, along with how simple it is to use. I also really appreciate the ability to customize the screens and take advantage of the extra features. Being able to integrate it with our website is a big plus and the customer service is truly top-notch. The support team is on a different level compared to others I've dealt with-if something goes wrong, they stay on it with you until it's fully resolved.
Cons
I can hardly come up with a downside. If I had to mention one, it would be that I wish it worked with more accounting software options or better yet, could function as a standalone solution.

“salespad fixes GP frustrations”
Pros
It fixes the awful user experience built into GP and also addresses several other important design and functionality issues along the way.
Cons
The workflows are still pretty complex and setting them up could be a lot more simple.

“Customer-centric company”
Pros
Right away, the company's customer-first mindset comes through in everything they do. They're constantly asking customers how the software can be improved and made more useful. Their support team is outstanding and we always get the sense that they genuinely care. I really can't say enough positive things about the company overall.
Cons
Certain customizations can get pricey if you need them but the upside is that you can trust they'll be implemented properly.

“Tracks sales history”
Pros
It handles tracking and showing item sales history pretty well which makes it useful when trying to figure out reorder levels or manufacturing quantities.
Cons
The reporting side really isn't very strong. We originally hoped to use it for inventory management but the only way to do that was by opening each individual item and checking the history manually. There's no report that tells you what should be manufactured or reordered. In the end, we brought in StockIQ to manage inventory instead. We still keep using it for printing assemblies and similar tasks.
