powerful workflow for distribution

Pros

Highly customizable and fairly simple to work with, this product really extends GP and makes it a much stronger business tool. The workflow functionality is easily the standout feature and it's incredibly powerful for any distribution company.

Cons

Even though it has improved a lot over the years, the biggest ongoing issue with it has been the steady introduction of bugs in new releases. We end up having to test updates extensively and figure out what breaks before we can roll them out.

Pros

Great how nicely it connects with our accounting software so reviewing customer figures and item details on the desktop version is pretty simple.

Cons

The mobile app is not very user-friendly and adding prospects there feels complex.

Simple to pick up

Pros

The software is very user-friendly and getting new staff trained on it doesn't take much time at all.

Cons

We do run into faults with the system and it hasn't always saved all of our settings when logging in and out. We also wish there was an option to attach documents to POs and order confirmations.
