Pros
Barcode capture is extremely fast and it keeps working reliably in all kinds of conditions including tricky lighting and even when codes are partially damaged. This software uses a smart focusing approach for detecting codes and that makes scanning noticeably faster than other similar tools we compared. Integrating the SDK was easy for us since we use the Capacitor SDK. Another big plus is the support from their team, they are very helpful and available whenever assistance is needed!
Cons
It's not really a major downside but the UX/UI side of the integration needs some careful planning. Because the capture is so fast there are moments when you barely have time to aim and the engine picks up the first code it sees. That said this can be handled pretty easily with something like a dedicated "Scan" button in the camera view. Also the technology is definitely priced at a premium. The quality of the solution and the support justify a lot of that but the licensing costs can be significant especially for small and mid sized companies.

Right from the start the softwares barcode scanning stood out because of how fast and accurate it is even in difficult situations like low lighting, damaged barcodes or shiny reflective surfaces. Integrating it into the SHOPcloud360 e commerce platform was smooth which really showed how flexible and user friendly the solution is. It also works well across different devices including smartphones, making it a scalable option that feels reliable for the long term in retail. The mix of advanced features and dependable performance has been a real advantage for improving workflows and supporting better customer satisfaction.
Cons
Honestly there isn't much to complain about with this because it performs extremely well. At the beginning it was actually a bit too fast and occasionally caused accidental double scans. That said the issue was minor and was quickly fixed by adding a short delay during the setup.
