costly promises and poor support

Pros

Nothing ended up being valuable enough to justify the price. The only positive part was that the sales team was attentive in the beginning but that changed once the contract was signed.

Cons

A lot of the features we were sold on were either missing entirely or did not work the way they were supposed to. Technical support was not able to provide reliable fixes even after multiple attempts. Communication was also a serious problem with major language barriers creating confusion around basic business terms such as cost versus price and PO versus POS. On top of that the financial impact was huge: more than $12000 in platform fees plus thousands more in employee time spent trying to get the system working. Support frequently used unclear or incorrect terminology which only caused more delays. In the end it wasted a significant amount of time, money and operational resources.

warehouse issues and broken integrations

Pros

At the start the onboarding process and early support were solid and the platform does bring a broad set of e commerce functions together in one place. With a technically capable team that can handle troubleshooting and management on its own, it can still be a workable option for scaling operations.

Cons

Where things have been difficult is in multi warehouse fulfillment. Sales order fulfillment does not reliably automate from one designated warehouse so if your business runs across multiple locations, you can expect recurring complications and manual workarounds. The Amazon Vendor UK integration has also been a major disappointment. Even though it is presented as supported it has not worked for us at all which is a serious problem because it is important to our operation. The Amazon listings module is another weak point. As of June 2025 that function is still not working properly. There has been some progress but it remains unusable as a complete end to end process. Othe than that the cost of customization was hard to justify. We asked for changes that felt fairly basic but the quote came back extremely high. We also pointed out that several core features were still not working as promised yet any request for a waiver or pricing adjustment was flatly refused.

helpful support every time

Pros

Whenever I run into an issue the customer service team is incredibly helpful and always makes sure it gets resolved!

Cons

I don't really have any complaints. The only part I personally struggle with a bit is the mapping process.
