effective and highly customizable

Pros

One thing I appreciate most about this software is how effective it is and how many features it offers! The platform gives a lot of room for customization so it can be adjusted to match different business needs really well.

Cons

The part I like the least about is that the interface can feel a bit complicated especially for people who are not very technical. The CSM or Customer Service Management interface in particular can be harder to figure out but aside from that, everything else has been fine.

Accessible interface and responsive support

Pros

Getting around this software feels very natural. The interface is accessible and user friendly so even new users without technical skills can figure out the tool without much trouble. Another big plus is the customer support team! They are proactive and quick to respond which helps resolve questions before any downtime becomes an issue.

Cons

I haven't run into any problems with the software. It has worked very well for us and at this point I really don't have any complaints.
