This module decomposes multi-level bills of materials and performs net requirement calculations, alerts users to any raw material shortages early, and aligns the real production queue. It includes scrap gross-up rules in calculations to ensure that material numbers are based on actual shop-floor requirements and not on theoretical estimates.

Real-time data is recorded directly from station panels on the floor by operators and captured at the time of planned maintenance or unplanned equipment failures. This tool automatically calculates overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), creates shift performance reports, and counts total material input against final output to identify yield leaks quickly.

It assigns lot numbers to batches, manages batch expiry dates, and implements FEFO (First Expired, First Out) order picking using GS1 Barcode scanning. In the event of a quality problem arising at a later stage, it is possible to trace the lot back to its raw materials or forward to the precise shipments.

This takes care of the in-house paper trail from team requisitions and custom approvals to issued purchase orders and actual goods receipts. It performs a stringent 3-way matching between the purchase order, the actual delivery, and the vendor invoice once the items reach the dock before payments are sent out.

Rather than estimating import profit margins, this tool allocates freight, customs, insurance, and handling to each line item. It automatically recalculates the total landed cost and provides the actual cost of each unit for each product you import.
