Pros
What is especially valuable about its policy admin system is its flexibility and configurability, as it provides a single source of truth for product attributes and business rules that can be easily imported into the platform. I have personally found the Socotra support team highly responsive whenever questions or concerns arise, making the overall experience a strong partnership for me.
Cons
On the downside, a few of the features we requested were not delivered within the timeline that had been promised.
