“Reliable, efficient and fun to use”
Pros
This first advantage I wanna point out is that its cloud-based and that opens so many possibilities. Striven has an extremely knowledgeable staff with complete info about their product. I also found it to be very reliable and almost fun to help our clients navigate the customer portal. Lastly, it has been light on the budget for a tiny firm like mine.
Cons
It lacks basic built-in email integration with Outlook/Gmail like some other CRMs on the market. Hopefully, this will soon change. And the software needs to be more compatible by adding at least two or three additional merchant account integration options.

“One of the best all-in-one business management software”
Pros
I had been using another program which had all that I needed, such as invoices, quotes, and a dedicated customer portal, but Striven proved that there was a faster way to do all that. Hours of our data entry work have been cut due to the fact that A LOT can be done within the software, so you don’t have to switch back and forth between apps. My team has mastered the customization, and now I can have any type of report I want within moments! It requires little to no training to get you started, and you’ll be flying between modules in no time. It has an excellent data import feature, which helps greatly in the transition. Speaking of transition, the support team is beyond excellent. They literally stayed with us on call as long as we wanted and answered all our queries.
Cons
Over the time I have been using Striven, I have observed that it is constantly growing both in terms of users and features. Since striven is based on the cloud system, it gets tedious to access simple information at times, which I guess happens due to too many users being active at the same time. Also, the main dashboard is so cluttered that sometimes it’s difficult to read, so it takes some time to get comfortable. I’m sure the team is on it and keeps fixing bugs and errors, so this speed thing will be over soon.

“Excellent comprehensive product”
Pros
It is great for accounting needs but also adds PM affectively. Automated emails helps you manage customer relations very well.
Cons
It is amazing how many features it offers but that comes with a price. Our entire team had to undergo lengthy trainings just to be able to understand the basics.

User interface needs work. Some stock Microsoft programs could easily beat Striven.
