Pros
GST reconciliation works well and I find there are plenty of add-ons available to choose from.
Cons
It feels outdated that the software is still desktop-based when almost everything now is on the cloud. If the desktop isn't with you, accessing or working with the data becomes nearly impossible.

This tool itself is good and I find its simplicity makes it easy to use.
Cons
The past three to four months have been a very bad experience. Neither the support experts nor the team have resolved the issue and I keep running into the same problem every single day. Every time I open Tally, I have to activate the license again.

Pros
One of the best parts for me is being able to understand the entire business process from beginning to end. On top of that, I find the statutory report generation a major advantage because it helps businesses like mine stay aligned with compliance requirements. The customization options are also very useful and make it suitable for all kinds of businesses.
Cons
My biggest concern is that the user interface has stayed more or less the same over the years even though the features and other capabilities have kept getting upgraded continuously.
