From the start, I find the software comprehensive while still being user-friendly. It offers a good range of customization options, the real-time reporting is very useful and the multiple currency and tax management features make it practical for handling different financial requirements.

Cons

Getting comfortable with the platform can take time because the learning curve is fairly steep. Support also feels limited and it may not offer enough depth for businesses with more advanced accounting needs.

Pros

This system is perfect. It's one of the simplest, most productive and most efficient tools I've used for keeping a business profitable while staying on top of sales, product inventory and tips. That added visibility really helps motivate my whole team to perform better and keep selling. My staff genuinely enjoys using it. We actually switched away from it once about five years ago for two weeks and then immediately came back to Tally.

Cons

Honestly I don't have any complaints. I love this system and trust it completely. It's simple, reliable, productive and covers everything you need while making it easy for both you and your staff to use.

Honestly the e-invoicing, e-way billing and financial reporting features have made my day-to-day accounting work far less stressful. It has been incredibly helpful and the functionality is really, really impressive.

Cons

The only thing I've really noticed is that the UI and UX are not particularly outstanding but that feels minor compared to how strong the overall features are.

With a bit of practice, I find just about anyone can pick it up. It works especially well for small-scale businesses.

Cons

Since this tool has been around for more than three decades, it should be keeping up better with current market demands. It needs to manage large company accounts more effectively, include more advanced features, improve its graphics and offer higher-quality customer support. It also needs better compatibility compared to other accounting software.

Pros

Across many stores and shops, I've seen this software used the most. It feels like a full package, covering accounting, invoicing, inventory management and bill generation all in one place.

Cons

At times, it can feel a bit complicated if you're not familiar with how the features work. The pricing also feels quite expensive for what it is.

Pros

One thing I really appreciate about this software is that I can use it entirely without a mouse. Its keyboard shortcuts are the standout feature for me and that makes using it much more efficient. I honestly wish more cloud-based tools offered this kind of keyboard-focused usability.

Cons

The downside is the lack of invoicing customization. Because of that, we have to rely on a different cloud-based bookkeeping tool to create and send customer invoices.

Multilingual support, automatic digital signature imprint and multiple invoice format options are the features I appreciate the most in my work.

One concern is that transactions can be deleted without being reversed first.

The interface is very user-friendly and I find that even someone with only basic accounting knowledge can use it without much trouble.

Its cloud capabilities are limited and it tends to use a lot of computer resources which can slow the system down.

Pros

It handles the core accounting tasks well, including search within the display and basic entry functions. I also find preparing the balance sheet and profit and loss account supported properly which is useful for my routine bookkeeping.

Cons

There are several areas where the software feels limited. Double-clicking in the narration field does not work and there is no search column available in the summary section so navigation is mostly restricted to using the up and down keys. Stock management is particularly weak. It would help if the order number field allowed an optional client name and there is also no option to track expiry dates in stock.
