Pros

From an administrative perspective, this tool has been the most admin-friendly software we've worked with. Installation, configuration and client rollout are feasible and once the system is running, it performs reliably. The software delivers exactly what it promises, remains easy to use, is logically organized and is backed by an outstanding support team.

Cons

To be honest, there isn't much to add here. Every problem we've run into (they've all been minor) and every suggestion we've offered has been fixed right away or included in the following release.

Pros

this tool is dependable and feasible to operate. Entering bills of materials is really easy and it's a great choice for engineering work or recurring projects. The item master is fantastic, it lets me easily find parts and it's reports are also clear and simple to use.

I can't point to any drawbacks, it works exactly as expected.

Pros

I find it easy to track all the projects assigned to me for entry and expediting. I can reliably search for parts while entering BOMs without needing to leave the BOM entry screen. I also appreciate the option to have multiple BOMs open simultaneously.

Cons

So far, there has not been anything to dislike. If I had to point out something, it would be the speed, but I believe this is more due to my older laptop and likely a hardware issue rather than a software problem.

Once operational, it functions really well. The software accomplishes its intended tasks, it is easy to navigate, logically structured, and the support team is exceptional.

Cons

Honestly, there is not much to add here. Any issues we have, all of which have been minor, are resolved immediately. Even the suggestions we have made were incorporated into the next release.
