user-friendly with strong visibility

Pros

Right from the start it feels user-friendly and simple to work with. It does a good job of addressing customer needs and the real-time inventory updates are especially useful. I also appreciate having a full overview of the company's processes in one place. Another plus is that the pricing of the software products seems to be aligned with the size of the organization they are meant for.

Cons

The downside is that it can feel too technical for new users at first so there's definitely a learning curve before it becomes comfortable to use. It would help if the developers could simplify certain parts to make the system clearer and more approachable.
