“Flexible SQL ERP system”
Pros
Right from the start, I found the software strong overall especially in terms of customization. The flexibility stands out to me, as I can build user-defined fields and tables to match my needs. I also like that data can be connected through SQL, Excel and other tools. The knowledge base is very detailed, although I have noticed the search function does not always return the most accurate results.
Cons
There is a suggestion box but most ideas seem to take years to actually get implemented which can be frustrating. Chat support also needs improvement. Too many times during normal business hours, no one is available to respond, including today at 2 PM EST.

“Hidden setup complexity issues”
Pros
Its features have helped me simplify and improve the processes we were using before.
Cons
There always seems to be another box hidden somewhere that has to be checked before certain parts of the product will work.

“scalable construction management system”
Pros
There are a lot of capabilities packed into this product and I find there are many ways to use it in a construction business. It also scales well and I have seen it continue to meet our needs as the company grows.
Cons
With so many different features and settings available, it can sometimes be difficult to find your way around everything and get the most out of the software.

“Modular business workflow”
Pros
Right away, the flexibility stood out to me and I find the software can be tailored to match how the business operates. This makes it much more practical for daily use. I also appreciate how every module works together easily and being able to import data from Excel saves me a lot of time and reduces costs.
Cons
There are still a few small kinks here and there but the good part is that customer feedback is actually heard and often put into action.

“integrated analytics and tools”
Pros
TEAMS and Analytics have been really valuable additions to the platform and I have found them useful in my workflow.
Cons
SQL platform feels outdated and runs slowly and there haven't been many updates to improve its functionality.

“Strong built-in reporting system”
Pros
Navigating the software is very easy for me and I find it comes with a strong set of reports out of the box. I can also easily build or adjust reports to get exactly the information I need.
Cons
One frustrating part is that the error popups are too vague and usually don't explain what actually went wrong which can make troubleshooting the problem pretty time-consuming.

“Easy-to-use enterprise software”
Pros
It is very easy and I find that it makes day-to-day use much easier. There are plenty of tools available to help me understand configurations through the knowledge base and I have had good experiences with customer support resolving issues. I also find the Employee portal to be a very valuable feature.
Cons
That said there are definitely areas that need improvement. One issue is with the labor categories especially since the same craft and class code combination can't be used in more than one category. That creates a real inconvenience for us because some customers want time grouped together, while others prefer to see it separated out.

“all-in-one forecasting platform”
Pros
This software covers just about everything we need and I have seen it make a huge difference in efficiency across the company. I especially find it valuable for projection and forecasting, as having live data and instant access helps our teams manage projects more effectively.
Cons
A few features in EM and IN still feel like they haven't been given the same priority in terms of functionality and user-friendliness.

“Well integrated field modules”
Pros
It works really well with the modules especially Team and Mobile Field Manager and I have found that connection to be a big advantage.
Cons
Crystal Reporting hasn't been our favorite part and we'd definitely like to see more reporting options added.
