Pros
Navigating this platform felt very easy to me and I found locating exactly what I needed simple the entire time.
Cons
The only downside was that the wait to hear back from support was a little longer than expected.

Pros
It was easy for me to use and I've found the customer service outstanding. Whenever I have a question, I hear back from a real person within 24 hours. I also really appreciate the interface of both the ERP and the timekeeping system and I find having a mobile app for timekeeping a big advantage.
Cons
A few of the accounting modules involve quite a few manual steps especially when changes or edits are needed. That said I understand some of that may be necessary in order to stay compliant with DCAA requirements.
