“no more chaos”
Pros
Really helped us get our chaotic stockroom under control. The real time inventory tracking makes it possible to automate stock levels across different sales channels and warehouses. Its automated reordering also helps us avoid running out of our best selling products and the detailed reports give us useful insight into sales patterns and overall inventory performance.
Cons
Even though this works well with many Zoho apps, its integration with certain third party e commerce platforms and shipping providers still needs improvement.

Pros
Very budget friendly and it comes with sales and purchase order features included. It also supports FIFO and offers extensive shipping functions which makes it quite useful overall.
Cons
It doesn't include a bill of materials, pick lists or bid ID and there's no forecasting feature either.

Pros
Keeping track of inventory with this software has been excellent because it gives me accurate control over each product from beginning to end. It has helped me work in a more organized way and get detailed reports right when I need them. From start to finish I can follow every item with precise stock levels and maintain a well managed inventory.
Cons
I really do not have any complaints about it. It has worked properly and has provided a reliable service.

Connecting it with Shopify and other e commerce platforms including WooCommerce and Amazon has been really helpful!
Cons
A limitation is that invoice template formats can't be edited. You have to pick from the formats they already provide.

Pros
Coming from Mass 500 and similar platforms, this one felt very familiar and easy to work with! The customization can be a little challenging for what I need but overall it handles just about everything required to keep the business running daily. It includes multi user control, history tracking, last purchase price, inventory inquiry and even supports businesses that work in SQFT and LFT. I'm really glad I came across it before choosing another option. The price was also far lower than any of the other systems I evaluated.
Cons
Since it's a web based CRM the customization options are more limited than I would prefer. That's especially noticeable with document formatting and with how difficult it is to quickly see profit margins by invoice or at the item level. I'm hoping they improves those areas.

Right from the start the dashboard looks appealing. It's very simple to move around and the navigation feels easy. It also connects well with other tools which makes work much more convenient.
Cons

“Powerful fit for Zoho users”
Pros
If you're already using the Zoho ecosystem, choosing this inventory software is pretty much an obvious decision. It's a fully featured inventory management tool that covers everything well! Also integration with other Zoho apps works well and gives excellent value!
Cons
The only real downside is that unlike accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, billing and invoicing are managed in a separate Zoho app, Zoho Books.

Pros
We used to rely on several different tools and none of them communicated properly with each other. Now our inventory management is spot on and we no longer have to worry about losing stock or overselling products.
Cons
One thing I really want to see is more payment processor options that can connect to the invoicing feature. Stripe suspended our account after a sudden spike in transactions and refunded half of the orders. Other than that they are still holding a five figure amount in funds that was never refunded even though we did not violate any of their terms. Having stronger processor alternatives would make a huge difference. It would also be incredibly useful if the inventory import feature supported bulk image uploads. We manage thousands of products so adding photos one by one just is not realistic.

Coming from a school that never had an inventory system, trying this out was a really positive experience. It was simple to learn and I appreciated being able to check inventory status either in bulk or item by item without any trouble.
Cons
That said it seems to be built mostly around sales and commerce so it doesn't really feel customizeed to schools.

Switching over from another system to this one was fairly easy. The setup process was not completely smooth but it was nowhere near as difficult as it could have been. It handles what we need it to do and considering the price it feels like a worthwhile option.
Cons
There are still a few features I hope it adds in future updates. One would be the ability to view COGS for different inventory adjustments and sales directly in the system. Right now we have to rely on an integration with Zoho Books to access that and it would be much better if it were built in. Another thing that would help is showing the average historical cost per product across all items. At the moment we can only see the average cost for products that are currently in stock.

Pros
Right away this software stood out for how much you can customize the data stored for orders and products. The custom fields are incredibly flexible which lets us set things up exactly the way we need. It also comes with plenty of built in automation tools and those have been extremely useful. Also the pricing is very reasonable and quite affordable compared with other alternatives!
Cons
Since it includes such a large and extensive suite of tools, getting everything set up at the beginning can feel a bit overwhelming. Still once it is configured and running it works really well.
