Overall it's a really simple and solid system.

To be honest it takes some time to figure out the platform but it's nothing too difficult to get through.

It is an online tool that lets you manage customers, suppliers, services and products all in one place.

Cons

Since it's web based you can access it online but the free version is very limited in terms of how much you can actually use it.

The integrated setup and modular design have been a big win for us! Everything works together as one system which gives us complete integration across the business. That makes stock control and order management much easier both online and offline. There is no need for complicated app connections and we do not run into stock drift issues. It simply works the way it should.

Cons

An area that still needs improvement is the search feature. You cannot always find an item by typing in a keyword and sometimes you have to enter the full product name instead. When you are dealing with thousands of products that is not always realistic.

Pros

Everything feels easy to use and work with. It definitely feels worth it.

Cons

The only issue is that when we scan a product for an order the system will not let us scan the same item a second time.

Helps me keep track of which items are in stock and which ones are out of stock and it also makes it possible to order new inventory online.

Cons

I have not run into any major challenges but there are times when data gets lost so that is something they should improve.

One thing that really helps is the alert system for out of stock items and the integration with Amazon Seller tools makes it possible to manage sales right away.

Haven't come across any problems with the management features in this software.

Works really well for the features I rely on most especially inventory management and order fulfillment. Everything is easy to use which makes daily tasks much more convenient!

Cons

No complaints about the software. I am still using their products today and remain satisfied with them.

Getting everything set up was pretty easy, the software has very few bugs and it responds quickly. That said I don't think we were really the intended audience because of the specific needs we have.

It doesn't offer enough features customizeed to our particular field of expertise.

This software has been great to use-honestly one of the best out there. It can handle so much and the range of things you can do with it keeps growing all the time.

Dealing with customer support has been really frustrating. On top of that, the connection plugin between the store and the Zoho online system is pretty unreliable which is the last thing you need when you're trying to run a busy business.

Using this with the rest of the products the company behind them offers has been very easy! We currently only use this one even though there are plenty of other apps available. It helps us stay on top of inventory orders and stock levels without any trouble.

Cons

I can't think of any real downsides. It does exactly what it's supposed to do.

One feature I appreciate most is the driver photo attached to the package since it works as solid proof of delivery. They also offer a wide range of useful capabilities especially order fulfillment and support for composite items which adds a lot of value.

Cons

The only area that felt below expectations was the dashboard layout. It is not very accessible, takes quite a while to get used to and at times it also loads slowly.

Using it has been very easy and it's flexible enough to handle a wide range of needs. At this point it has become a natural and essential part of how we run our business.

Customer support can be a little slow to respond and somewhat awkward to deal with.

Something I'd highlight about it is how quickly and efficiently it helps me manage stock which saves me time and boosts my productivity. I also appreciate the range of reports and statistics it provides since they help me make better decisions and give me a clearer picture of how my business is doing. It also supports this by simplifying sales and inventory management workflows and keeping customer data updated and accurate.

Cons

An area that could be better is the integration with other business software although it hasn't caused any major problems for me. I'd also like a bit more customization in certain parts of the platform even if that doesn't really have much impact on overall performance.

Starting off with it is easy and the customer support team has been very efficient whenever needed.

Cons

A few basic features are still limited such as not being able to display an item's average cost to organization users unless they have Admin access.

On the business side it works wonderfully and helps manage and maintain a very solid level of organization.

I think it could definitely benefit from having a better interface.

It's a solid system for keeping full control of a business. You can manage multiple warehouses, track both accounting stock and virtual stock and connect it with CRM, ERP and other tools which makes the platform even more powerful.

Cons

Onboarding is fairly complex. You'll most likely need to work with a Zoho premium partner to help customize the system and adapt it to your company so it can perform at its best for your operations.

Using it feels easy and connecting it with Commerce software was simple to set up.

Cons

The inventory count keeps causing problems. If an item gets updated in the sales order after it has been closed, the count does not get reflected correctly.

Pros

Stock counting works really well and assigning items to the correct warehouse locations helps keep the data accurate and reliable.

Cons

Would be even better if there were automatic alerts when stock reaches the minimum quantity.

The softwares dashboard feels well organized and it makes it simple to keep track of all activity in one place.

Cons

Item search feature could use some improvement since finding specific products is not always as effective as it should be.

Pros

One of the best things about this tool is how precisely it lets you keep track of stock in a factory or warehouse. Since everything is hosted in the cloud, inventory stays accessible and organized and it also works really well alongside Zoho Books.

Cons

It is not very useful for managing stock in factories or warehouses focused on producing food or cosmetics where different ingredients need to be mixed. Also from my point of view, if you really want to get the most out of everything the software offers you will probably need someone to handle the onboarding for you.
