“Solid Tool”
Pros
Order management has been working really well for our team! We have not run into any security problems and it feels like a worthwhile investment for the price. Training new staff has also been very easy and I recently brought in a new inventory employee and they picked up the system without any trouble.
Cons
I'm also thinking about using it for invoicing but I'm still figuring out a few details before fully moving forward with that.

“effective inventory management”
Pros
Over the last few years the updates have been really solid. It's an effective inventory management tool and the integration with the Zoho ecosystem adds a lot of value.
Cons
Production side still needs improvement. It doesn't yet feel like a complete part of an ERP system so those kinds of features still need a bit more work.

“Smooth fit with zoho books”
Pros
It has been a cost effective and dependable option and it works perfectly if you're already using Zoho Books since the integration between the two is smooth.
Cons
The downside is that it comes with monthly order limits and connecting it with accounting software outside of Zoho Books is not a very easy process.

Pros
For me getting started with it didn't take much time which was a big plus! The order management layout looks really well designed, the reporting system is strong and the pricing is competitive especially with a free plan available. Shipping and fulfillment have also been accurate and dependable.
Cons
There are occasional bugs that can get annoying and the customization options are somewhat limited. I also feel the security system could be better.

Pros
Handling inventory and tracking orders with this product has been really effective for us. The software is user friendly, adapts well to the way we work and connects smoothly with other systems like Shopify, Zoho Books and Zoho CRM.
Cons
During deployment and onboarding we really did not run into any notable issues and so I have no complaints to mention.

Pros
Having quotes, sales, packaging and shipping tied together in one place makes the whole order workflow much easier to manage. The security roles and audit logs add useful control and the marketplace and cart integrations reduce a lot of manual entry. On top of that the reporting helps spot trends, set better reorder points and prevent stockouts when demand spikes.
Cons
There is definitely some initial difficulty when it comes to setting up simulations for bundles, warehouses and products correctly. Cron sync issues and template quirks can also slow teams down especially during busy periods when they are trying to optimize marketplace listings and customize shipping documents.

Pros
Keeping tabs on equipment availability with this tool has been really helpful! We can transfer items between projects without much trouble and generate purchase orders whenever new tools are needed. The barcode scanning feature has been a lifesaver because it cuts down on manual entry mistakes.
Cons
At the beginning we had to rely on a few workarounds to get it connected properly with our accounting software. The mobile app would also be better if it had stronger offline support.

Pros
Cloud based inventory system works especially well for e commerce integration. It's also nice that they offer a free plan along with reasonably priced paid options which makes it a more accessible choice for small businesses.
Cons
One thing that could be better is the support hours along with the limited features and customization options. While the free plan comes with some good features, it has the capabity to come with stronger ones. Still I understand that some of that depends on the plan you choose.

The dashboard is the highlight for me. It is very simple and cleanly designed. It gives not just the basic information but also the extra details we actually need, all without forcing us to deal with complicated charts or spend time doing analysis.

Once I got familiar with the layout it actually felt pretty well designed and I'm able to send orders to shipping much faster than I could before which used to take a lot more time.
Cons
The initial setup also took a while because there are so many settings to work through but after everything is configured it works reliably.

Gives us a clear view of our stock lifecycle, inventory movement and every purchase order in one place! It also connects well with sales and shipping which means we're not constantly moving data between different systems when tracking steel batches or reordering items.
Cons
Setting up everything at the start took some effort especially when it came to adjusting the fields to match our needs and the type of products we sell. The reporting also could be more flexible for deeper operational analysis.

Keeping inventory under control is very accurate with this software. It lets you monitor incoming and outgoing stock properly and have everything recorded in the system when it is time for a full inventory count. It has improved management a lot because the whole process is more organized and it also helps track detailed transactions without any information getting lost.
Cons
It is a very complete and well structured system with each function serving a clear purpose and everything works without issues.

Working within the Zoho ecosystem felt really convenient especially for setting up reports, pulling delivery slips and keeping everything stored where it belongs. The integrations fit together nicely and made those tasks much more manageable.
Cons
The part that threw me off a little was the interface since it tends to show unnecessary information and can feel overwhelming. It's also somewhat complicated to use if you're coming from a simpler tool.

Keeps things simple which is exactly what I was looking for! I needed a solution without a lot of extra features I'd never end up using. It's easy to use and it has been working really well for me.
Cons
At this point I don't really have any complaints. I could maybe see some challenges coming up later if my business expands and I start adding more product lines but for a small business like mine, it's doing the job without any issues.

Pros
Interface is very user friendly overall. It is simple to set up and to use and one feature I really appreciate is being able to share a custom link so clients can view live inventory whenever they need to.
Cons
One small problem comes up when updating inventory levels. The system does not keep a clear record of the date and time when quantities were increased or decreased compared with the previous amount which makes it harder to prevent issues or trace where a discrepancy first began.
