“Solid Tool”

Pros

Order management has been working really well for our team! We have not run into any security problems and it feels like a worthwhile investment for the price. Training new staff has also been very easy and I recently brought in a new inventory employee and they picked up the system without any trouble.

Cons

I'm also thinking about using it for invoicing but I'm still figuring out a few details before fully moving forward with that.

Pros

Over the last few years the updates have been really solid. It's an effective inventory management tool and the integration with the Zoho ecosystem adds a lot of value.

Cons

Production side still needs improvement. It doesn't yet feel like a complete part of an ERP system so those kinds of features still need a bit more work.

“Smooth fit with zoho books”

Pros

It has been a cost effective and dependable option and it works perfectly if you're already using Zoho Books since the integration between the two is smooth.

Cons

The downside is that it comes with monthly order limits and connecting it with accounting software outside of Zoho Books is not a very easy process.

For me getting started with it didn't take much time which was a big plus! The order management layout looks really well designed, the reporting system is strong and the pricing is competitive especially with a free plan available. Shipping and fulfillment have also been accurate and dependable.

Cons

There are occasional bugs that can get annoying and the customization options are somewhat limited. I also feel the security system could be better.

Pros

Handling inventory and tracking orders with this product has been really effective for us. The software is user friendly, adapts well to the way we work and connects smoothly with other systems like Shopify, Zoho Books and Zoho CRM.

Cons

During deployment and onboarding we really did not run into any notable issues and so I have no complaints to mention.

Pros

Having quotes, sales, packaging and shipping tied together in one place makes the whole order workflow much easier to manage. The security roles and audit logs add useful control and the marketplace and cart integrations reduce a lot of manual entry. On top of that the reporting helps spot trends, set better reorder points and prevent stockouts when demand spikes.

Cons

There is definitely some initial difficulty when it comes to setting up simulations for bundles, warehouses and products correctly. Cron sync issues and template quirks can also slow teams down especially during busy periods when they are trying to optimize marketplace listings and customize shipping documents.

“Really helpful”

Pros

Keeping tabs on equipment availability with this tool has been really helpful! We can transfer items between projects without much trouble and generate purchase orders whenever new tools are needed. The barcode scanning feature has been a lifesaver because it cuts down on manual entry mistakes.

Cons

At the beginning we had to rely on a few workarounds to get it connected properly with our accounting software. The mobile app would also be better if it had stronger offline support.

Pros

Cloud based inventory system works especially well for e commerce integration. It's also nice that they offer a free plan along with reasonably priced paid options which makes it a more accessible choice for small businesses.

Cons

One thing that could be better is the support hours along with the limited features and customization options. While the free plan comes with some good features, it has the capabity to come with stronger ones. Still I understand that some of that depends on the plan you choose.

Pros

The dashboard is the highlight for me. It is very simple and cleanly designed. It gives not just the basic information but also the extra details we actually need, all without forcing us to deal with complicated charts or spend time doing analysis.

Cons

It has genuinely made our operations simpler and matched what we needed. I really do not have any negative feedback to share.

Pros

Once I got familiar with the layout it actually felt pretty well designed and I'm able to send orders to shipping much faster than I could before which used to take a lot more time.

Cons

The initial setup also took a while because there are so many settings to work through but after everything is configured it works reliably.

Pros

Gives us a clear view of our stock lifecycle, inventory movement and every purchase order in one place! It also connects well with sales and shipping which means we're not constantly moving data between different systems when tracking steel batches or reordering items.

Cons

Setting up everything at the start took some effort especially when it came to adjusting the fields to match our needs and the type of products we sell. The reporting also could be more flexible for deeper operational analysis.

Pros

Keeping inventory under control is very accurate with this software. It lets you monitor incoming and outgoing stock properly and have everything recorded in the system when it is time for a full inventory count. It has improved management a lot because the whole process is more organized and it also helps track detailed transactions without any information getting lost.

Cons

It is a very complete and well structured system with each function serving a clear purpose and everything works without issues.

When it comes to handling business inventory, this tool comes with really strong features! Setting it up and customizing it to our needs is simple and using it daily is easy. It makes inventory tracking much more manageable and we always receive timely notifications.

Cons

Honestly this is the best inventory tool I've used and I haven't run into any flaws with it.

Working within the Zoho ecosystem felt really convenient especially for setting up reports, pulling delivery slips and keeping everything stored where it belongs. The integrations fit together nicely and made those tasks much more manageable.

Cons

The part that threw me off a little was the interface since it tends to show unnecessary information and can feel overwhelming. It's also somewhat complicated to use if you're coming from a simpler tool.

Pros

Something that really works well is how closely this software connects with the accounting software I already use. It keeps my stock levels and financial records synced which saves time and helps everything stay accurate.

Cons

Reporting side feels a bit limited. Customizing reports for different needs takes more effort than I'd prefer so that part could definitely be more flexible.

As someone just getting started in e commerce, this has been a very approachable software and is simple to work with. It also comes with solid shipping integrations.

Keeps things simple which is exactly what I was looking for! I needed a solution without a lot of extra features I'd never end up using. It's easy to use and it has been working really well for me.

Cons

At this point I don't really have any complaints. I could maybe see some challenges coming up later if my business expands and I start adding more product lines but for a small business like mine, it's doing the job without any issues.

Pros

Interface is very user friendly overall. It is simple to set up and to use and one feature I really appreciate is being able to share a custom link so clients can view live inventory whenever they need to.

Cons

One small problem comes up when updating inventory levels. The system does not keep a clear record of the date and time when quantities were increased or decreased compared with the previous amount which makes it harder to prevent issues or trace where a discrepancy first began.

“Good fit for us”

Pros

It helps manage stock levels, handle transfers between warehouses and keep track of restocking alerts.

Cons

Everything works well overall but I do feel that some customization options are a bit limited.

Really helped us get our chaotic stockroom under control. The real time inventory tracking makes it possible to automate stock levels across different sales channels and warehouses. Its automated reordering also helps us avoid running out of our best selling products and the detailed reports give us useful insight into sales patterns and overall inventory performance.

Cons

Even though this works well with many Zoho apps, its integration with certain third party e commerce platforms and shipping providers still needs improvement.

It comes with solid features and integrates really well with the rest of the Zoho suite.

Cons

Can feel a little overwhelming at first. I'm also not sure how well it would work for larger businesses that rely on other systems.

Pros

Very budget friendly and it comes with sales and purchase order features included. It also supports FIFO and offers extensive shipping functions which makes it quite useful overall.

Cons

It doesn't include a bill of materials, pick lists or bid ID and there's no forecasting feature either.

“Accurate tracking”

Pros

Keeping track of inventory with this software has been excellent because it gives me accurate control over each product from beginning to end. It has helped me work in a more organized way and get detailed reports right when I need them. From start to finish I can follow every item with precise stock levels and maintain a well managed inventory.

Cons

I really do not have any complaints about it. It has worked properly and has provided a reliable service.

There are plenty of connections available and it supports integrations with a wide range of options.

Cons

It doesn't let me remove the features I don't need so the interface ends up feeling cluttered.

It can be a bit difficult to learn when you're figuring out how to use it on your own.

Connecting it with Shopify and other e commerce platforms including WooCommerce and Amazon has been really helpful!

Cons

A limitation is that invoice template formats can't be edited. You have to pick from the formats they already provide.

“cost effective fit for daily operations”

Coming from Mass 500 and similar platforms, this one felt very familiar and easy to work with! The customization can be a little challenging for what I need but overall it handles just about everything required to keep the business running daily. It includes multi user control, history tracking, last purchase price, inventory inquiry and even supports businesses that work in SQFT and LFT. I'm really glad I came across it before choosing another option. The price was also far lower than any of the other systems I evaluated.

Cons

Since it's a web based CRM the customization options are more limited than I would prefer. That's especially noticeable with document formatting and with how difficult it is to quickly see profit margins by invoice or at the item level. I'm hoping they improves those areas.

Pros

Right from the start the dashboard looks appealing. It's very simple to move around and the navigation feels easy. It also connects well with other tools which makes work much more convenient.

Cons

At this point I haven't run into any problems with this software.

“Powerful fit for Zoho users”

Pros

If you're already using the Zoho ecosystem, choosing this inventory software is pretty much an obvious decision. It's a fully featured inventory management tool that covers everything well! Also integration with other Zoho apps works well and gives excellent value!

Cons

The only real downside is that unlike accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, billing and invoicing are managed in a separate Zoho app, Zoho Books.

“all-in-one inventory”

Pros

We used to rely on several different tools and none of them communicated properly with each other. Now our inventory management is spot on and we no longer have to worry about losing stock or overselling products.

Cons

One thing I really want to see is more payment processor options that can connect to the invoicing feature. Stripe suspended our account after a sudden spike in transactions and refunded half of the orders. Other than that they are still holding a five figure amount in funds that was never refunded even though we did not violate any of their terms. Having stronger processor alternatives would make a huge difference. It would also be incredibly useful if the inventory import feature supported bulk image uploads. We manage thousands of products so adding photos one by one just is not realistic.

“A setup that just works”

Pros

Getting the inventory control up and running is simple and managing it day to day is just as easy.

Cons

I'd still like a few more options when entering products into the system but it works well as it is.

Coming from a school that never had an inventory system, trying this out was a really positive experience. It was simple to learn and I appreciated being able to check inventory status either in bulk or item by item without any trouble.

Cons

That said it seems to be built mostly around sales and commerce so it doesn't really feel customizeed to schools.

Switching over from another system to this one was fairly easy. The setup process was not completely smooth but it was nowhere near as difficult as it could have been. It handles what we need it to do and considering the price it feels like a worthwhile option.

Cons

There are still a few features I hope it adds in future updates. One would be the ability to view COGS for different inventory adjustments and sales directly in the system. Right now we have to rely on an integration with Zoho Books to access that and it would be much better if it were built in. Another thing that would help is showing the average historical cost per product across all items. At the moment we can only see the average cost for products that are currently in stock.

Using this software feels very easy and the amount of automation it offers makes even complicated processes much simpler to handle.

Cons

I'm happy with pretty much everything in the software although the pricing is on the expensive side.

Zoho makes it easy to monitor my inventory levels and valuation. The interface is user friendly and getting everything set up and deployed was incredibly quick and simple.

Cons

I'd really like to see customizable fields added to item records and the reporting could be broader and offer more customization options.

Right away this software stood out for how much you can customize the data stored for orders and products. The custom fields are incredibly flexible which lets us set things up exactly the way we need. It also comes with plenty of built in automation tools and those have been extremely useful. Also the pricing is very reasonable and quite affordable compared with other alternatives!

Cons

Since it includes such a large and extensive suite of tools, getting everything set up at the beginning can feel a bit overwhelming. Still once it is configured and running it works really well.

From the start the platform has delivered strong core functions and everything is easy to use. After a few months of working with it, it has also been very dependable with no bugs or downtime at all.

Cons

One thing that would make it even better is having more integration options with Zoho Books.

Since it's web based you can access it online but the free version is very limited in terms of how much you can actually use it.

The integrated setup and modular design have been a big win for us! Everything works together as one system which gives us complete integration across the business. That makes stock control and order management much easier both online and offline. There is no need for complicated app connections and we do not run into stock drift issues. It simply works the way it should.

Cons

An area that still needs improvement is the search feature. You cannot always find an item by typing in a keyword and sometimes you have to enter the full product name instead. When you are dealing with thousands of products that is not always realistic.

Everything feels easy to use and work with. It definitely feels worth it.

Cons

The only issue is that when we scan a product for an order the system will not let us scan the same item a second time.

Helps me keep track of which items are in stock and which ones are out of stock and it also makes it possible to order new inventory online.

I have not run into any major challenges but there are times when data gets lost so that is something they should improve.

One thing that really helps is the alert system for out of stock items and the integration with Amazon Seller tools makes it possible to manage sales right away.

Works really well for the features I rely on most especially inventory management and order fulfillment. Everything is easy to use which makes daily tasks much more convenient!

No complaints about the software. I am still using their products today and remain satisfied with them.

Getting everything set up was pretty easy, the software has very few bugs and it responds quickly. That said I don't think we were really the intended audience because of the specific needs we have.

This software has been great to use-honestly one of the best out there. It can handle so much and the range of things you can do with it keeps growing all the time.

Dealing with customer support has been really frustrating. On top of that, the connection plugin between the store and the Zoho online system is pretty unreliable which is the last thing you need when you're trying to run a busy business.

Using this with the rest of the products the company behind them offers has been very easy! We currently only use this one even though there are plenty of other apps available. It helps us stay on top of inventory orders and stock levels without any trouble.

Cons

I can't think of any real downsides. It does exactly what it's supposed to do.
