Pros
Order management has been working really well for our team! We have not run into any security problems and it feels like a worthwhile investment for the price. Training new staff has also been very easy and I recently brought in a new inventory employee and they picked up the system without any trouble.
Cons
I'm also thinking about using it for invoicing but I'm still figuring out a few details before fully moving forward with that.

Over the last few years the updates have been really solid. It's an effective inventory management tool and the integration with the Zoho ecosystem adds a lot of value.
Cons

Having quotes, sales, packaging and shipping tied together in one place makes the whole order workflow much easier to manage. The security roles and audit logs add useful control and the marketplace and cart integrations reduce a lot of manual entry. On top of that the reporting helps spot trends, set better reorder points and prevent stockouts when demand spikes.
Cons
There is definitely some initial difficulty when it comes to setting up simulations for bundles, warehouses and products correctly. Cron sync issues and template quirks can also slow teams down especially during busy periods when they are trying to optimize marketplace listings and customize shipping documents.

Keeping tabs on equipment availability with this tool has been really helpful! We can transfer items between projects without much trouble and generate purchase orders whenever new tools are needed. The barcode scanning feature has been a lifesaver because it cuts down on manual entry mistakes.
Cons
At the beginning we had to rely on a few workarounds to get it connected properly with our accounting software. The mobile app would also be better if it had stronger offline support.

Cloud based inventory system works especially well for e commerce integration. It's also nice that they offer a free plan along with reasonably priced paid options which makes it a more accessible choice for small businesses.
Cons
One thing that could be better is the support hours along with the limited features and customization options. While the free plan comes with some good features, it has the capabity to come with stronger ones. Still I understand that some of that depends on the plan you choose.

Keeping inventory under control is very accurate with this software. It lets you monitor incoming and outgoing stock properly and have everything recorded in the system when it is time for a full inventory count. Interface is very user friendly overall. It is simple to set up and to use and one feature I really appreciate is being able to share a custom link so clients can view live inventory whenever they need to.
Cons
One small problem comes up when updating inventory levels. The system does not keep a clear record of the date and time when quantities were increased or decreased compared with the previous amount which makes it harder to prevent issues or trace where a discrepancy first began.

Coming from Mass 500 and similar platforms, this one felt very familiar and easy to work with! The customization can be a little challenging for what I need but overall it handles just about everything required to keep the business running daily. It includes multi user control, history tracking, last purchase price, inventory inquiry and even supports businesses that work in SQFT and LFT. I'm really glad I came across it before choosing another option. The price was also far lower than any of the other systems I evaluated.
Cons
Since it's a web based CRM the customization options are more limited than I would prefer. That's especially noticeable with document formatting and with how difficult it is to quickly see profit margins by invoice or at the item level. I'm hoping they improves those areas.

If you're already using the Zoho ecosystem, choosing this inventory software is pretty much an obvious decision. It's a fully featured inventory management tool that covers everything well! Also integration with other Zoho apps works well and gives excellent value!
Cons
The only real downside is that unlike accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, billing and invoicing are managed in a separate Zoho app, Zoho Books.

We used to rely on several different tools and none of them communicated properly with each other. Now our inventory management is spot on and we no longer have to worry about losing stock or overselling products.
Cons
One thing I really want to see is more payment processor options that can connect to the invoicing feature. Stripe suspended our account after a sudden spike in transactions and refunded half of the orders. Other than that they are still holding a five figure amount in funds that was never refunded even though we did not violate any of their terms. Having stronger processor alternatives would make a huge difference. It would also be incredibly useful if the inventory import feature supported bulk image uploads. We manage thousands of products so adding photos one by one just is not realistic.

Switching over from another system to this one was fairly easy. The setup process was not completely smooth but it was nowhere near as difficult as it could have been. It handles what we need it to do and considering the price it feels like a worthwhile option.
Cons
There are still a few features I hope it adds in future updates. One would be the ability to view COGS for different inventory adjustments and sales directly in the system. Right now we have to rely on an integration with Zoho Books to access that and it would be much better if it were built in. Another thing that would help is showing the average historical cost per product across all items. At the moment we can only see the average cost for products that are currently in stock.

Right away this software stood out for how much you can customize the data stored for orders and products. The custom fields are incredibly flexible which lets us set things up exactly the way we need. It also comes with plenty of built in automation tools and those have been extremely useful. The integrated setup and modular design have been a big win for us! Everything works together as one system which gives us complete integration across the business. That makes stock control and order management much easier both online and offline. There is no need for complicated app connections and we do not run into stock drift issues. It simply works the way it should.
Cons
An area that still needs improvement is the search feature. You cannot always find an item by typing in a keyword and sometimes you have to enter the full product name instead. When you are dealing with thousands of products that is not always realistic.
