Pros
Getting started with it is pretty easy and the price is reasonable. The API is solid too especially if you have a developer who can help work around some of its limitations.
Cons
All the data seems to be there but it feels buried in a box and hard to actually find or use. You really need a developer on hand. Also, if your sales include tax like mine do, there's no way to automatically import them from a marketplace. When I reached out to support, the response was basically that maybe they'll address it someday.

Pros
One of the biggest advantages here is the pricing. It connects well with a lot of the popular apps and ecommerce platforms people already use and it doesn't take long to figure out. I'd say it's a really solid option for small business owners and entrepreneurs selling on Etsy or eBay.
Cons
The interface feels a bit outdated to me but that honestly isn't a big deal if all you need is something that gets the job done.

“all-in-one tools that deliver”
Pros
Having accounts, CRM and several other features bundled together is a big plus especially since a lot of other providers do not offer everything in one place. This system also comes with multiple add-ons from the same provider which means there is no need to worry about setting up or maintaining API connections.
Cons
Our business sells on both eBay and Amazon but this software only integrates with eBay. I am not sure why support is not available for both platforms because if it were, you would have my business right away.

Cons

Pros
Getting started with it is pretty easy and it connects well with Zoho CRM. this software also lets you pack an order and print a label showing what is inside the box which is useful but it falls short when it comes to actually shipping those packages correctly.
Cons
It does offer API integrations for UPS and FedEx but the shipping workflow is where things break down. The system does not handle packaging properly and cannot manage multiple packages through the supported carriers. For example, if a single order includes 10 packages, you have to process all 10 separately, each with its own packing slip and tracking number. From the customer's side, it ends up looking like they placed 10 separate orders instead of one.

There's no need for any additional data entry to keep inventory under control when you're already using the purchase and invoice modules. Once the purchasing and sales processes are set up, the inventory updates automatically on its own.
Cons
The process of creating a receipt from a purchase order could be made simpler and there should also be more flexibility when preparing a delivery challan.

The product is very easy to use and it doesn't take much effort. Turning orders into invoices and payments also works in a very smooth way.
Cons
It still needs a few more capabilities especially the option to fully customize invoices, packing slips and invoices the way you can in CRM. It should also integrate with Zoho Reports. On top of that, the workflow for moving orders through the system ought to be configurable. Being able to customize page layouts like in CRM and hide or remove fields that are not needed would make a big difference.

The warehouse feature makes it possible to monitor inventory across different locations in the business which is really useful. It also lets you keep track of how many of a specific item are sold each month.
Cons
The item group setup is hard to understand. Delivering an item takes too many steps and items are not assigned to users.

That said our situation requires a standalone inventory system that works independently from order entry and shipping information. This software does not support that kind of inventory tracking.

Right from the start, the system felt very user friendly and easy to use. We were able to get everything set up on our own without needing much help from the support team which made the whole process much more convenient.
Cons
One area that felt lacking was the reporting which seemed a little limited. We had a hard time creating custom reports and the system also comes across as fairly generic so customers with more unique or specialized requirements may find it challenging.

Among the few options that really fit what we need, this one at least has a solid interface. The setup instructions are useful and make getting started fairly easy.
Cons
It feels too expensive for the value it delivers. The mobile app is missing important features which makes it much less practical when you're away from your desk. Zoho products also come across as a bit too developer-oriented and the user interface is not as polished as it should be.

Pros
One thing that really works well with ZOHO is the way their business model is set up. Being able to connect different solutions and modules together, then use that setup to build our own workflow, is very valuable. As a very small startup with only three people, we're genuinely happy that we can use Zoho tools for free. At this early stage of our business, having a solution like ZOHO is extremely important. We simply wouldn't be able to start paying after only four months of work. If the trial period ended too soon, we would probably have to move back to standard open-source options and spreadsheets. Honestly once a business is built on this system, I wouldn't want to switch away from it. I just need a bit more time before I'm in a position to pay for the service.
Cons
The only thing I'd really like is support for another language, specifically Russian. If there's any project on GitHub related to translations, I'd even be happy to help with that. Other than this, I honestly haven't come across any serious drawbacks so far. Thank you!

There seems to be a wide range of features here and I'm really looking forward to using it in 2018. Compared with the local software we're using now, it offers much more automation. Since our business is growing quickly, we want to move to this software to automate as much as possible and speed up every process. Very excited!
Cons
Since we haven't used Zoho before, getting started can definitely feel a bit overwhelming at first. At times it even feels like there are too many functions although that will probably make more sense once the need for them comes up. I also think syncing the different Zoho apps is a little difficult especially connecting the CRM with Inventory.

Pros
It covers inventory management, billing, shipment handling, payment tracking and recording and a lot more. Once you start using it, you really understand how comfortable and practical the features are. There are no errors, no coding needed and it comes ready to use with a takeaway model.
Cons
The CRM side still needs improvement and adding users should cost less. It would also be better if they developed features like automatic lead generation and included book and account integration with inventory for free.

Right away, the free plan feels really generous. The interface is attractive and there's a wide range of integrations available, including shipping options. It's also very user friendly overall.
Cons
What gets in the way is not being able to edit stock directly from the invoice screen. It's also hard to track inventory for a specific item if you didn't enable inventory tracking when you first created it.
