It feels mostly aimed at smaller businesses that have fairly basic inventory management needs. The 24-hour support from Monday to Friday is also a real plus.
Cons
It could really use more advanced features for businesses with different needs, such as 3rd Party Logistics, rather than being focused more on retailers.

Pros
Such a complete platform. The overall look and interface of the software feel really well done and you can tell a lot of thought went into how it was built and implemented. I also appreciate the number of integrations it offers and in general it handles almost everything I need. The modular approach is one of my favorite parts-it feels like Lego blocks, where I can start with one module and add another Zoho module later when I'm ready and they all work together. Overall I really enjoy the product.
Cons
The setup documentation definitely needs improvement. Hitting a wall when I was so close to finishing the setup was frustrating enough that I stopped using it for a while. By the time I came back, my trial had already expired before I was able to complete everything. I'm not willing to purchase it until I'm sure it works properly and fits my needs. Because of that, I'm stuck on the free version even though I want more. If there had been clearer documentation or better support, I would probably already be a paying customer using the software. Instead, I'm left feeling annoyed and frustrated trying to figure out what I'm supposed to do next. At that point, you either keep pushing through with Zoho or start considering other options.

Pros
Keeping track of my sales, purchases and other expenses is much more manageable with this tool. I can also create and send quotes and invoices directly to clients without leaving the platform and it's useful to have all my client and supplier contact details stored in one place.
Cons
One thing that needs work is composite items. The tax from the individual items doesn't get included in the total cost automatically so I have to manually correct the final amount.

Pros
Because the interface is user friendly and everything is quick to access it is easy to use. It comes with plenty of features, supports different languages and currencies and the integration process is very simple.
Cons
Some of the translations could be improved and email support is not very responsive. It would also help to have more options available especially for countries outside the US.

It offers a solid number of user seats at an economical price and the platform is user friendly overall. I'd just like to see the current interface continue to improve while more features are added over time.
Cons
A few important e-commerce features especially ones useful for platforms like Shopify and Amazon, are still missing. There are also frequent sync errors or delays most of the time.

Zoho Books has kept me fully up to date with all my activities. The dashboard feels really clever and high-tech and it gives us access to everything we need. Thanks for that.
Cons
One thing that needs improvement is adding an item to inventory after it has already been invoiced. Right now, that item cannot be added to inventory so it would be really helpful if this feature could be introduced soon.

Pros
Having task management, projects, workgroups, sales funnels, inventory, accounting, contacts, leads, opportunities and a lot more all in one software suite means just about everything I need is already there.
Cons
The downside is that some parts of the software still do not feel fully cohesive and it really should bring all apps and features together into one complete suite.

Using this cloud-based WMS has been a positive experience. It's user friendly and easy to work with and I really appreciate not having to deal with a server software licensing or a separate hosting provider.
Cons
The order-to-fulfillment workflow feels more complicated than it should be and some transactions could definitely be simplified. It also needs more integration options for third-party solutions.

The software has been genuinely useful and feels very thoughtfully designed. It comes with a lot of interesting features and it makes managing inventory, tracking shipments and similar tasks much simpler. One feature that seems especially well planned is the option to request shipping directly from within the platform by connecting it to the shipping company you use.
Cons
One thing I don't like is that this feature only works if your shipping provider is already included in the program so it's not helpful when you work with one that isn't listed. I'd also love to see more automation overall since you still have to manually choose the actions you want to carry out.

Pros
It works well as a web-based inventory management system for small and medium-sized businesses. It helps users track orders, confirm deliveries, create invoices, ship products and keep track of them in one place.
Cons
It does not support multi-store operations and the UPS and FedEx APIs do not work as well as they should. The pricing also feels a little expensive but aside from that, those are my only concerns.

Pros
Bringing over our existing data from the previous system was very easy. The composite items feature works really well for our business and that's something you don't always get with other platforms especially in the free or entry-level versions.
Cons
The dashboard is built around sales orders which doesn't fit the way we work. We skip that step and go straight to invoices to save time so the dashboard doesn't give us much useful information. It also doesn't currently connect very well with our website on Wix.

Managing inventory with this product has been really effective. It lets you set different stock levels and sends alerts when needed. Definitely a product I would recommend.
Cons

It covers the core functions we need including reports for open orders, inventory status, sales orders, purchase orders and similar areas. There's also flexibility to add custom fields to forms when something isn't included by default such as Freight terms.
Cons
A few features don't appear to be readily available especially due date tracking at the line-item level for sales orders and purchase orders.

Having a free plan is a big plus and the paid options are also reasonably priced. It didn't take much time to learn and using it feels easy. There's also plenty of customization available especially when it comes to role-based access restrictions.
Cons
It's still missing a few features, such as stock taking and a reconciliation module although for the time being I can manage without them.

Keeping track of inventory is pretty easy and it really helps me understand the details of how materials are moving.
Cons
One thing that bothers me is that Inventory does not integrate properly with Zoho Books. If I want the inventory levels to update correctly when I record a sale, I have to create the sales invoice from Inventory instead of Zoho Books. That part feels counteraccessible.

Connecting it with eBay has been really useful and being able to import inventory lists from Excel saved me a lot of manual work. The interface is user friendly, the design feels clean and it also connects well with several other Zoho products which makes everything more convenient.
Cons
It doesn't integrate with Poshmark which is a limitation for my workflow. There are also some required fields that don't really fit the way my business operates and I'd love to see a consignment feature added. Setting everything up took a while too, mainly because I didn't already have my inventory sheet prepared in Excel.

Cons

One thing I really appreciate is how well it fits into the rest of the ZOHO platform. Going with ZOHO One gives you a budget-friendly way to access the full range of ZOHO features.
Cons
I'm not using Inventory for any webstore functions which may actually be where it shines the most. That said I do wish the serial number feature could also track items for rental use.

Using it every day has been a really positive experience. It helps me stay on top of a lot of moving parts and I've been very happy with it overall.
Cons
One thing that would make it even better is an instant checkout option so customers paying invoices could pay again with just one click. It would also help a lot if there were a way to copy and paste items.
