Top notch customer support

Pros

The biggest advantage of Clubspeed for me is the exceptional support we receive. While everything usually runs smoothly, the assistance we get when issues arise is incredible. We can reach support by phone during all operational hours, emails are answered quickly and thoroughly and best of all, we can schedule regular Zoom meetings to discuss new features, bugs, ideas, and areas for improvement. This level of communication and collaboration is what distinguishes Clubspeed from other companies I've encountered, including many of our partners. It's this unified effort toward achieving common goals that makes our partnership successful.

Cons

The main downside for us could also be a plus for others. The system's diversity sometimes feels like a bit overwhelming. With so many functions tailored for different businesses, it often seems like certain features aren't fully fleshed out. While others might love the food and beverage integration, we're focused on wanting things to be simpler and more efficient for karting-related features.

excellent follow-up and support

Pros

The customer service is fantastic, even during hectic times when something isn't functioning properly. The team is very patient and works hard to find answers, following up effectively. It really sorts out a lot of our issues.

Cons

Honestly I don't have any complaints. Whenever something came up, they were super eager to help us find a solution.

Easy to learn and has all the needed features

Pros

The software is so simple to learn and has all the features we need to operate our karting facility. Pulling and analyzing reports is simple and when we encounter a problem, a quick phone call usually resolves it.

Cons

I have no complaints at all, really.

all-in-one solution for entertainment centers

Pros

Clubspeed can serve as an all-in-one solution if that's what you need. They handle just about everything, which is convenient for facilities that prefer not to juggle multiple vendors. Their support is the best I've ever experienced. We reach out to them weekly for various issues and they are always friendly and dedicated to providing the right answers. My favorite aspect of Clubspeed is that over the past couple of years, they've implemented numerous improvements that make things easier for managers and business owners, like better reporting tools.

Cons

Since they offer so many features, some might not be perfect for our needs. For example while the inventory management for concessions works fine for smaller items, if you have a larger kitchen operation, you might be better off with a vendor that specializes in the food industry.

Amazing software for our karting business

Pros

The online booking, POS, kart garage management, and speed screens are outstanding and essential for the success of our karting operation.

Cons

Right now, I can't think of anything that isn't already on the way for updates.

excellent venue management for indoor karting

Pros

Clubspeed simplifies the management of our entire facility. From POS to employee management to race and kart timing, it covers everything. We've used other software in the past but Clubspeed has been the best by far. One of the standout features is the customer service, which is available 24/7 and always helpful and friendly.

Cons

One little downside of having such a wide range of features is that sometimes you need the software to do something unique that others don't. That can lead to needing workarounds, which can be a hassle, like how it doesn't let us use inhouse gift cards for online bookings.
