I don't like that Cvent often acquires other platforms instead of developing features in-house, which can lead to glitches and bugs.

Cvent offers features that other platforms do not offer, such as linking questions, adding sub-questions, and setting conditions. Their customer support is excellent and always finds solutions to my issues.

Multiple areas must be adjusted for a single action to be finalized. For instance, to make an event live you need to activate the event itself, the registration, and the admission types. Some design features are quite limited, making it challenging to modify aspects like images. We frequently have repeat business, and when copying an event, many hidden settings carry over, which can make the new copy messy.

It only supports online registration, as there is no offline access. This is a little problem for me.
