custom ticket store boost

Pros

Setting up our own custom ticket store made the buying experience feel far more attractive and polished for our customers.

Cons

Because the platform includes so many features, getting around it can feel a bit confusing at first. After spending some time with it, though, it becomes fairly easy to navigate.

reliable box office and quick payouts

Pros

From the start, getting started with the software was easy for us and the box office has a really polished look. It also comes with a great set of features that help with ticket promotion and when requested, the ticket balance is paid out instantly which is a big plus for us.

Cons

The booking fees charged to customers are quite high and all of that goes to the platform. We also ran into a technical issue that caused tickets to be oversold for a very high-demand event which meant we had to process refunds. What made it worse was the lack of apology or acknowledgment of responsibility and that ultimately pushed us to switch ticket providers.
