all-in-one event management win

Pros

Running regular ticketed events or recurring member activities works really well for us because registrations, payments and member profiles are all handled in one place for us.

Cons

Interface doesn't feel as polished as some newer platforms and setting up automations and event workflows takes a little time before it starts to feel simple.

From the outset, this has felt like really good value for the money for us. It helps our company build a very capable event management setup, especially since it allows plenty of customization and is very simple for us to use.

Cons

Event ticketing side of it is not quite best-in-class and the customer support team could definitely be a bit better too.
