I received great support for adding licenses on short notice and I found the interface to be clean and simple, compatible with most popular phones.

Cons

I believe an Application Programming Interface is required for use with Eventbrite.

Pros

I've found them to be professional, efficient, and truly experts in their field. Since I started working with them, I've referred several department heads to them. They respond immediately to my requests for changes and provide prompt answers to my questions, making adjustments as needed. They consistently exceed my expectations.

Cons

I wish they would add a bidding feature for auctions, as many corporations are hosting fundraisers.

Pros

The platform is so easy to use and it fits our needs well. The scheduling feature is excellent, allowing my companies and partners to book their meetings independently, saving us time and resources. If any scheduling issues arise, the Eventdex staff addresses them immediately.

Cons

There's nothing I dislike about the software. We've used it for numerous matchmaking events and haven't faced any issues.

I really didn't have any cons while using the software. There's always a need to figure things out with new tools, but this one was fairly simple from the user's perspective.
