I experienced outstanding customer service, and the team was very quick to assist with a last-minute change after we lost our previous vendor. They helped us overcome programming challenges with badge design, ensuring our event went off without a hitch. Compared to other vendors, the service was unmatched. I'm excited to work with Eventdex again for future events.

Cons

I wasn't able to customize and code multiple tickets or badges for different events, which required me to find a workaround. It was a bit challenging to customize the on site printing fields and design compared to other vendors we've used. We needed to print a variable number of badges per attendee, rather than just one QR code for every event they attended.

I've found that Eventdex offers nearly all the features at a much lower cost than similar software. It's easy to use and highly customizable and the customer service is fantastic. I've been using it for three years and have never experienced delays in their responses.

Its strength is also its weakness. Eventdex's wide range of features can be a bit overwhelming for new users. I think a bit more simplification, like what pricier software such as Eventbrite offers, would be great.

The data import process could be refined so that administrators have full control. Also I think enhancing the matching logic to allow for tripartite meetings would also be helpful.
