“Flawless product and event checkout process

Pros

I love how easy and user-friendly the site is. As a user I haven't encountered any glitches or issues when trying to check out for a product or register for an event.

Cons

“streamlined, modern, and adaptable event management platform

Pros

The customer service is hands down the best we've ever experienced. If you need to speak with someone, the leader personally gets on the phone with you.

Cons

This isn't really a critique of Eventease but I've noticed that credit card fees can add up, particularly for larger transactions. That said, it's fantastic that they offer ACH payments and the option to pay outside the platform (though I prefer not to use this option, it's good to have that flexibility).

Pros

EventEase is incredibly easy to set up. It's specifically designed for 501(c)(3) organizations like ours and anticipates everything we need to set up an event. The EventEase team works closely with you to customize the platform to fit your event needs. Their customer service is top-notch and their fee structure is lower than many other platforms.

Cons

I can't think of anything I would want to change.

“User-friendly registration system

Pros

The most crucial feature for our association is the Registration System. It's very easy for both our attendees and sponsors to use. EventEase handles the credit card processing and we're notified of registrations, the total payment amount (minus fees), and the net amount that gets deposited into our bank account. They even created customized reports specifically for our association. The reports are simple, easy to read, and simple to download.

Cons

The toughest part for me was just learning the system. However Eventease took the time to help me through that process and continues to be available to answer any questions I have.

The tool is very easy to use, whether you're an administrator setting up the site or a user registering for an event.

Cons

I really don't have any cons at this time. Everything worked just as we expected.

“fantastic tool for PTOs!

Pros

EventEase has greatly improved our PTO's efficiency in managing events and fundraising. No more dealing with separate spreadsheets or paper forms. I absolutely love the reporting feature and the user dashboard, which gives us a comprehensive view of our financials and participation. Participants also love the convenience of paying and submitting forms online.

“This tool really implifies fundraising

Pros

Eventease's site is very easy to use, and the setup was done quickly by their team. The client service is incredibly efficient, I've never had to wait for a response to a request for changes or updates. I also love how simple it is for our donors to use, and no one has ever complained to me about it. It's secure, user-friendly and I especially appreciate the ability to add pictures to personalize the experience and connect with our donors.

Cons

Last year, we asked for addresses to be included in the tracking reports and this year they added that feature. They're always looking for ways to improve.

Pros

EventEase is incredibly easy to use and customize for our specific needs. The payment process is seamless, and it's a huge time-saver compared to the hours I used to spend creating Excel spreadsheets. I honestly don't know how we managed before using EventEase.
