EventEase is incredibly easy to set up. It's specifically designed for 501(c)(3) organizations like ours and anticipates everything we need to set up an event. The EventEase team works closely with you to customize the platform to fit your event needs. Their customer service is top-notch and their fee structure is lower than many other platforms.

The customer service is hands down the best we've ever experienced. If you need to speak with someone, the leader personally gets on the phone with you.

Cons

This isn't really a critique of Eventease but I've noticed that credit card fees can add up, particularly for larger transactions. That said, it's fantastic that they offer ACH payments and the option to pay outside the platform (though I prefer not to use this option, it's good to have that flexibility).
