“All-in-one solution for efficient event management

Pros

Eventene offers so much. The user interface is easy to navigate, and it has many layers of options, making it perfect for handling any event from start to finish. My favorite part is the assignments tab. Whether I'm assigning guests to tables, attendees to breakout rooms, or even creating carpools, I was amazed by how easily I could complete these tasks. I also loved tracking guest RSVPs using different charts and being able to customize the information displayed for easy export or manipulation. One more feature I appreciated was the ability to rank order preferences that guests fill out in the invitation. The mobile app is also a big plus.

Cons

I'll admit that it took some time to get familiar with all the features and nuances of the software, but the customer support was incredible in helping me get there. Once I became comfortable navigating it, I didn't have any issues. Some of the reports could be improved but I understand the company is actively working on upgrading them.

When I used Eventene for the first time a few months ago, I remember thinking, "Why didn't this exist before?" It's such a great idea, filling a real need in the market and it's executed extremely well.

Cons

When I first worked with Eventene, it was still in its early stages so there were a few glitches and some processes that could have been simpler. However I appreciated that the Eventene team took all my feedback seriously and they've worked on resolving those issues. I really like it when tools actually listen to customer feedback.

“A game-changer for organizing large group events

Pros

Eventene has solved a lot of issues for organizing our scout troop's campouts, which involve 200+ scouts and adults every month. It provides a communication channel that continuously updates all participants about changes in transport, timing, locations, and activities through the mobile app. Plus, it solves the problem of version control for lists of participants, drivers, etc.

Cons

There's a bit of initial setup involved to create master lists of troop members and families, but once that's done, the labor savings each month are significant.

“A comprehensive tool

Pros

I usually use another application to organize events, but I decided to test Eventene for a dinner at my place. The app met all my needs: I organized the event by tasks, invited people to confirm their attendance, kept guests updated and had full control of the event, all on the website. I'm really satisfied and will definitely use it again.

Cons

At first, it was a bit confusing to distinguish between a list of people and places. I think this could be improved a little.
