EventMobi is great for short conferences

Pros

Building the app independently was really simple, and customer support has been really helpful with any issues that have come up.

Cons

Some of our attendees have trouble logging into the app because they forget their passwords. Often the password reset emails go to spam or just don't work.

Pros

After using the EventMobi mobile app for several years, I'm consistently impressed. It delivers a polished final product, letting us skip printed materials and be more sustainable. The setup is user-friendly for my team and we can easily create the agenda, speaker profiles, live polls and sponsor info with minimal training. Plus the Q&A feature lets the audience post questions and vote on them, eliminating the need for a microphone. Attendees stay engaged and have given great feedback.

Cons

There's really nothing to complain about. The app performs well for our needs.

Support was consistent throughout the entire process. Unlike other tools, which made me feel lost in FAQs, EventMobi allowed me to quickly get help through chat or calls, receiving real, helpful responses. I never felt like I was on my own.

Cons

Nothing major stands out, though it can be a bit overwhelming figuring out how to set up widgets and links. If you're unsure, you can always ask for advice.

Pros

The gamification features have been a huge hit with our users, everyone seems to enjoy them!

Cons

Gamification is also a concern. I have used it for two years and finding new ways to keep participants engaged is a challengenow. It would be great to get points for completing a profile or posting a picture.

Great Experience from Start to Finish!

Pros

For our conference, EventMobi made it simple for attendees to access all the important information they needed for a great experience. Customizing menus and entering data was effortless.

Cons

The only hiccup was inputting group registrations into the app. We had to manually enter several attendees who had trouble accessing the app. It was an easy fix, but it posed some challenges for a few attendees.

The integration with Swoogo stands out as a highlight. I also appreciate the basic functionality and I'm looking forward to expanding the app's use.

Cons

The lead capture app should not be a separate download for exhibitors. With a unique identifier for each user, I think it should be possible to integrate lead capture into the main event app for designated exhibitors and sponsors.

I could easily communicate with everyone involved in the event, whether before, during, or after! The app was very user-friendly and well-received.

Cons

Building and using the app was simple and convenient. Onboarding delegates went smoothly and the design was clean and simple. I found all the essential features and more, with very positive feedback from delegates regarding customization options.

Cons

Some delegates were confused about which app to download from the app store, mistakenly selecting the EventMobi Onsite app instead of the general app. This caused access issues, but once identified, it was easily resolved. A clearer naming convention might help reduce confusion.
