Pros
Building the app independently was really simple, and customer support has been really helpful with any issues that have come up.
Cons
Some of our attendees have trouble logging into the app because they forget their passwords. Often the password reset emails go to spam or just don't work.

The setup is user-friendly for my team and we can easily create the agenda, speaker profiles, live polls and sponsor info with minimal training. Plus the Q&A feature lets the audience post questions and vote on them, eliminating the need for a microphone. Attendees stay engaged and have given great feedback.
