Our event registration process is well covered by this software especially with the helpful bulk upload features and great customization options, including API plugins. I feel it offers good value for the money as well.
Cons
The mobile app could be more flexible and a little more user-friendly. It would also be nice to have even more customization options available.

Pros
One thing that really works well with it is the range of customization options which helps us make our workflow much more efficient. It also gives us dependable security for user access, managing sensitive attendee information and handling payments safely which I find very reassuring. The event management side is very complete too, with registration, abstract management, accommodation and reporting all available in one system. Another big advantage is the automation which I notice cuts down heavily on manual effort.
Cons
There is definitely a learning curve especially for new users who need time and training to understand how the system is structured and what it can do. The web version also still needs quite a bit of improvement compared with the more dependable desktop version. On top of that, the invoicing process could be clearer and simpler to manage.

Pros
Built with event planners in mind, this product feels very tailored to the way events are run and the IT team keeps refining and improving the platform over time. I've found support is consistently quick and their team is always available to suggest different ways to use the product's features so we can still meet our event goals.
Cons
A few workflows still need work. I'd especially like to see improvements in session and presenter management since that area could be stronger. We also don't always follow the abstract-based workflow that it is structured around so that can feel limiting at times.

Pros
Navigating the UI feels easy because it's clean and organized and once you learn where things are, I find that finding what you need is pretty simple. The chatbot is genuinely helpful and I have used the assistance team successfully as well.
Cons
Some areas feel a little too basic. The filter settings really need more logic layers instead of just a simple show this/don't show this setup so there's more flexibility to customize filters something closer to the reporting system in Salesforce would be much better. The Group system in the interactive sites also needs work. A registration form shouldn't require extra instructions and the "add logic" feature needs to be expanded with more layers to make it fully functional.

It handles every part of scientific events and the modules and sites can be customized to fit our preferences which I find very useful. Whenever questions or problems come up, the support team is there and responds quickly which I really appreciate. The modular structure is also a big plus especially because it makes the learning process easier for new users which I notice immediately.
Cons
Because the platform covers so much, it takes a while to fully understand all the details and build the workflow that best matches your customers' needs and your company's internal processes.

“Good for small events but lacking messaging”
Pros
Managing our international events takes a lot of flexibility and I feel it really delivers. We deal with all kinds of VAT scenarios, ticketing setups and attendee types, each with their own pathways and I see the system manages all of it without issue. The new website editor is fantastic as well, I genuinely love using it and after relying on a third-party provider for the past 24 months, we're now moving our websites back into it which I'm excited about.
Cons
Okay so a feature that's still badly missing on the networking side of the attendee app is a proper messaging inbox. For our larger events, we have to rely on third-party apps because of that and it adds a lot of extra work on my end. We do use the IT app for smaller events and it looks really good but management won't move our flagship events back to it until that feature is added.

Pros
Working with it has been a breath of fresh air. I've spent years in events and hadn't come across a platform built specifically for this industry before and that really changes everything. Setting up events and managing communications is much more easy especially the ability to attach items to automated emails which I find incredibly useful. It's such a simple feature but I notice it makes a big difference. I'd never built websites before stepping into my current role yet it has made me feel far more capable technically because of what the platform can do. I'm really looking forward to trying the newest version of the website builder.
Cons
One thing that could definitely be improved is having to make the same update in more than one place. For example, an email subject line may need to be changed in several areas before the final version that gets sent out is actually updated. It would be much better if editing it once applied the change everywhere automatically so nothing gets overlooked.

Setting things up in it is pretty easy. I find most of the time, you can configure what you need without constantly jumping between blank pages or going back and forth.
Cons
What gets frustrating is that some information is clearly in the system but there's no way to pull it out in reports. For example, we may have a room block with different rates for each night yet that detail doesn't appear when a report is generated. There are several other cases where data exists in the system but we still can't extract the specific details we need.

Right away, it gave me a clear way to view event details exactly how I need them. Since I rely heavily on data, being able to work with attendee information in different formats and views is really valuable. The platform is user-friendly, support is only a click away and I appreciate that it offers enough customization to fit our events well.
Cons
A few features feel somewhat limited although it does seem willing to listen to feedback and improve the platform. Support responses can occasionally take a little longer because of time zone differences but overall the delay is not too bad.

Everything comes bundled together instead of making you buy features separately which I really appreciate. They let you choose the number of events but I went with the unlimited option. Whether you run one event or a hundred, I notice you still get access to the full set of services like the agenda, website, app and more. It's an excellent way to build out your event tech stack without overspending.
Cons
The one thing I'd still like to see is more messaging insight especially open counts for emails. That said it's still a great platform overall and being able to view abandoned registrations is a really valuable feature.

Starting with the program was fairly simple, even though I had never used it before beginning work in conferencing. I got up to speed reasonably quickly. The AI assistant has been especially useful when I need to figure out how to do something on the fly, particularly during busy periods. I also really value the reporting features, along with the ability to build portals and create reports that can be shared with committees.
Cons
I'd still like to see a bit more flexibility and customization throughout the platform. Some parts of the delegate-facing interface, such as the registration forms, could also use an update to feel more modern. Filtering is another area that seems to need improvement since we run into issues with it quite often. For example, not being able to view full text lines can make it difficult to choose the correct options.

After 5 years of using it, I still absolutely love it. The interface is very user-friendly and I find the support team responds quickly and really knows their stuff. Our account manager has been excellent and overall, everything about the platform makes it easy to work with. I also like pushing its limits and using it in different ways so I find it's a big plus that the product is highly customizable to fit our brand and specific needs.
Cons
One thing I'd really like to see is a simpler way to handle group bookings, where one person, such as a teacher, can reserve multiple spots and then send a link to all of their students at once so they can register and select their own sessions.

The attendee experience can also be tailored through the available support options which I find makes the platform very user-friendly. On top of that, I feel it offers excellent value for money because we also have access to 24/7 customer support.
Cons
There are times when certain elements cannot be customized exactly the way we need for specific events and their requirements and that can be frustrating. That said the it support team is always available and usually helps us find an alternative way to make it work.

Across participant management, exhibitions, speakers, abstracts, accommodation, participant apps, websites and online events, it is the only platform we've used that brings every module together in one system. I notice their customer support is among the best we've worked with in many years. The support team really goes the extra mile to help and come up with solutions, even for some of our more unusual ideas. I find the system very simple to work with and the training program is one of the best I've come across. We can also tailor reports and system setup to match the way we work as users and as a company. Another big plus is the chance to connect and collaborate with other IT users around the world which I really enjoy at the annual Airtime event. Overall I feel we're getting excellent value for money. A big thank you to the support team, they are always there to help, no matter what.
Cons
A few parts of the system are locked down so we can't customize everything ourselves. In those cases, the only option is to pay to have a report built or changes made. On top of that, the time from requesting a quote to having the work completed is longer than it should be.

Cons
One issue I've run into is some lag especially when clients try to log in. After entering their information, they usually have to refresh the app before they can successfully sign in which can be frustrating.
