I appreciate how flexible the event setup is, with tons of features available. They roll out many updates throughout the year and the online support is solid.
Cons
I think the mobile app, accommodation features, and speaker management could really use an update since these areas are evolving quickly in the market.

I love how flexible the registration system is! It has multiple forms, different registration types, and extra session tickets. It's just a fantastic registration system overall.
Cons
The abstract system isn't as strong as what many academic associations typically offer.

“Versatile and all-in-one app
Pros
1. I enjoy the variety of features it offers for managing both online and offline events. We use this product from start to finish for most of our events and it offers a lot of features such as registration, attendee management, notification emails for attendees and speakers, virtual event hosting, reporting, meeting matching, you name it. It really is a versatile all-in-one software. 2. The reporting feature is excellent! (both on EA and OnAir).
Cons
I often run into bugs and lags, which can be frustrating. Sometimes the loading screen takes forever, and I've been kicked out of the system without warning. Saving can be hit or miss, and speakers have trouble connecting to Aircast compared to zoom. There are also frequent issues with speakers and attendees joining OnAir sessions, especially when using mobile devices or browsers other than google chrome. I'd like the interface to be more visually appealing, especially the attendee app and virtual portal.

“Impeccable customer service
Pros
Our company uses EventsAir's virtual event platform, OnAir. But it's so much more than just that, it has a highly customizable registration system with a website builder and everything. We mainly needed it for our scientific conferences. We often have parallel sessions, virtual exhibitions and poster sessions, all of which are easy to manage in OnAir. The software can handle live streams, embed Zoom meetings and play content from Vimeo and youtube directly. Plus there's a built-in 'self-service' live streaming studio with AirCast. The platform is well-structured, making it easy for attendees to navigate. They just released a 3D event mode, which could be great for larger events with virtual exhibitions. Customization options are available at almost every step and new updates come out quickly, so we can keep offering fresh features to our returning customers.
Cons
Documentation for the software isn't very thorough. While there's training for the main features, I often have to do a lot of testing to fully understand new ones. I frequently rely on the support team for help, but they are quick to respond.

“It covers everything for event management!
Pros
I love the abundance of features and the ongoing updates that keep adding even more benefits. The conferences are fantastic too, such a great chance to network with other users and share ideas on how they're using the product. It's awesome to see the EventsAIR team, and I always leave the conferences feeling like I've learned so much.
Cons
At first, it felt like learning a new language, but we found that jumping in and figuring things out as we went along was the easiest way to learn.

“Greatest of them all!!
Pros
EventsAIR has made it super easy to create responsive registration websites, forms, and communications right out of the box. That saves me a ton of time compared to hand-coding everything. I really appreciate the portals and apps that enhance the software's capabilities and keep everything organized in one system. Features like integrated lead development, a mobile app with gamification, beacon technology, and on demand badging make it so simple to build complete event sites. I love all the drag-and-drop abilities too.
Cons
I really wish the system would save registrations that were started but not completed. Attendees can pick up where they left off since their details are cached, but I can't see if anyone had issues and had to abandon the form.

“Accessible and thorough app!

Overall the system is very user friendly, allowing for self-teaching while having backup support through online white papers, webinars and a 24 hour support center. EventsAIR helps us manage our clients' events all in one system, from the exhibitor and sponsorship portal to abstract and presentation management, along with the agenda and accommodations. Everything flows into the onsite organizer apps and attendee mobile app and throughout the whole process, clients can access real-time reports and updates through the client information portal. This ultimately saves everyone's time in the long run. I loved using it.
Cons
It would be great if the system allowed for multiple logins so I could manage two events on dual screens. I often work on more than one event at a time.

What I love most about EventsAIR is how comprehensive it is. It's truly a one stop shop for event management, with all the portals, forms, and apps linking back to a central database, so all the information is in one place.
Cons
Some features don't seem to be fully thought out. For example, when the ramification feature was launched, there was a lot of focus on its functionality, but the background analytics, which are equally important, were overlooked. Luckily, EventsAIR is always open to suggestions for improvement.

“Definitely meets our needs
Pros
I use EventsAir before and during the events I organize. They really are a "start-to-finish" solution. I can set up registration links for attendees that input their info directly into the software. I can create unique codes for each event that give attendees and staff access to all the relevant details. After the event, I can collect surveys right through the app! It's a complete "start-to-finish" product and I absolutely love it. Plus, they customize the product to meet our needs!
Cons
When we first introduced the app at an event, we experienced a few glitches, but that was expected. These kinds of things happen, and they are resolved quickly.

I'm really happy with the flexibility EventsAir provides. The interactive sites, merged documents, and apps cover all the requirements for any event. I have to give a shout-out to one of their consultants who did a fantastic job helping us with everything from training to support. I highly recommend this product to anyone who hosts ongoing events!
